Paid for 24hr tracked delivery. Didn’t get it. Owner was on holiday then returned and cancelled my order, then told me he was off to bed. Very strange.

I needed a birthday present in a hurry. I ordered at 1.30PM on a Friday, Stephen went straight ti the post office and it arrived the very next day.
Great communication, emails to say thanks, and a great personal touch- a hand written note with my purchase.
The price was great, cheaper than lots of places I searched, including Barbour's own site. Great to see local businesses beating the big boys!
A million thanks to Stephen and the family for such a speedy and friendly service, much appreciated.
I'll be back!

I can't recommend Smyths Country Sports, and Stephen in particular, enough. Stephen helped me find the right sizing in the Barbour Beacon Sports Jacket I purchased and went well above and beyond expectations of customer service throughout.
