I like the positive communication after order.

Useless customer service: They can't provide any spare parts for their barbecue for basic parts that wear out e.g. felt like seal on opening which had degraded and charcoal grate which had split with heat over several years of use. They said it wasnt worth them carrxing any spares, instead the tried to sell me a whole new barbecue for £50 off, when all I need was some basic parts wgich eventually I found generic parts for on ebay for a tenth of the price of a new barbecue..Their bbq is fine, their attitude to customers is poor.

Bought perfectly salted pork scratchings and I wasn't expecting the tastiest pork scratchings ever,I only wished I brought more as I've purchased scratchings in the past and the claims were the usual were a family run business and all that polava and it's all fat and there horrible so I avoid buying scratchings,but yours caught my eye so I'm in Tesco's normally it's Waitrose cos I work there and when I got home I was putting the bits and bobs away and thought I give your scratching s a shot and well they are perfect a little bit of fat just enough and I finished the bag none went in the bin they were gorgeous so that's it perfect scratchings the best ever thank you

Great products and excellent customer service. Unfortunately one of the cans of beer in my hamper had split open during transport. When I reported this issue they immediately sent out a whole new hamper at their expense. Really impressed with this company and would definitely recommend

These are not pork scratchings, just an airated snack. Should not be sold as a pork scratching. Very disappointing

We bought the box of 50 packets of bbq pork scratchings, as we missed our daily scratching treat that we got from the excellent advent calendar during December.
Small packets that don't make you feeling guilty, but a perfect daily treat to yourself!

I ordered a gift set it had a ceramic mug with it unfortunately it was broken when it arrived I sent an email and I received a new gift set straight away I was very happy with the service.

Terrible service from this once good company,
i ordered 8 beers and a selection of snacks as a birthday treat for my accountant, as it was being shipped to his office, i told them to deliver office hours only, but guess what, they delivered at 7pm and even left it of his office doorstep, where it remained all night, the day before it was delivered, they issued me with a part refund, as they had ran out of some of the beers, so now my accountant has a very small birthday gift, tried contacting snaffling pig, to swap the out of stock beers for something else, but you have more chance talking to Santa, as they have no published telephone number, and no one is on the "Live" on-line chat, you only get an email response in the early hours of the morning from a bot!! i have now had to order more drinks from a more reputable company, this is the last time i will ever put my trust in Snaffling Pig,
