Items missing from order, email states all items shipped together and gives a tracking number. Online chat trying to tell me that the remaining items are shipped separately but using the same tracking number (royal mail) which is impossible. Useless customer service.

DO NOT USE! no customer service, american based company which do not respond to complaints or offer refunds. no UK based telephone number you cannot contact them, the online chat does not work and they do not respond to service (at) snapfish com you will never see your money again...... the print quality and quality of the product is SHOCKING absolute rubbish, unfortunately you can't give zero stars DO NOT USE!
ORDER: 8"x 12" framed print - print quality poor, frame was cheap black plastic, mount did not fit, picture was loose in frame and frame was damaged in transit cost £22.79
UPDATE: no response from Snapfish, Went via PayPal and requested refund which was processed within the hour of making the request.
Loads of Errors in Photobook, No Service
I ordered 3 copies of a photobook, and it arrived chock-full of errors - pictures cut off, facing in the wrong direction, not zoomed in enough or too zoomed in. They credited me, and I edited the book and reordered (although I still had to add $20 for shipping). The new books arrived with the same exact errors, and they refused to refund me, saying I hadn't customized the book correctly.
Awful company
I’ve had multiple issues with this company. But the latest, I paid for a next day delivery for my order. To then be told it had been shipped, with a delivery estimate of 5-7days. The delivery estimate was the same as the cheapest option for delivery?! I raised this with Naomi on the live chat, and she said they would not refund the difference. The only reason I used this company again is because I had credit on the account due to a previous issue I had with an order, and because I needed the order quickly (hence 24hr delivery paid). Entirely useless and ‘customer service’ is an absolute joke. Would never use again

Dreadful service
Dreadful service. Order has been lost and there is no way of contacting the company or receiving any support or advice.

Late/lost deliveries
I've been a snapfish customer for years and they've always been so reliable, but they've recently started using amazon for their deliveries and now every single order i've placed has been late or lost. such a shame!
Don't waste your time or money
I used to use Snapfish a lot and the service and quality were great. In the last few years that has all changed. Print quality is terrible and that if you even receive your order. I've placed 2 this year both never arrived. The first order appeared after i complained. This time is another no show. I contacted customer services who were less than useless. Don't waste your time or money - go elsewhere.
They mixed my order up with another…
They mixed my order up with another person's and wouldn't fix it. They said they would put credits in my account to redo it. No credits were put into my account. THEY ENDED UP FIXING EVERYTHING.
Snapfish, you've changed!
I usually really love what I get from this company, but this time was very disappointing. The photo tiles I've gotten in the past were very nice with good color and light balance. They also used to use adhesive magnets for hanging. This time, the photos are dark and unclear. And they only sent adhesive stickers for hanging, so I can't just switch out photos now because they use a different hanging system. I've used them so many times, and loved their products... Don't know what happened this time.

Non existing customer service. The 'chat' is just a search of FAQs. No way tk contact anyone. Possibly fine if you receive your order, absolute rubbish if not. I will not use this 'service' again.

Won't be using again, delivery time is a joke considering delivery is from UK to UK, still waiting despite order despatched on 14th, no idea what the photos will be like but not hopeful after reading these reviews 😒 will find another printing company.
Dreadful service.
Out of 17 photos ordered, 6 were creased with large lines through the photo. The online chat offered me a credit but warned me that if I reordered the same prints the same fault may occur. I was offered a credit for the photos but no refund of postage.Not happy.
Awful quality colours / incorrect cropping
Awful quality colours. None of my 150 photos arrived cropped as I’d requested. No other way to contact other than via online chat - which conveniently was disconnected every time I asked for a refund, leading me to have to go through the whole conversation process again.
Have raised a dispute via my credit card instead so I can get a refund and go somewhere else.

I’ve just received notification (see attached & below) that our two cards – order numbers above – have been sent to an incorrect address and so will now no longer reach the recipient on their 70th Birthday/Wedding Anniversary respectively.
Both have been sent to someone with a similar name to me - at an address in Devon
…an unrelated individual I have never heard of, at an address that has never been associated with my Snapfish Account.
I’ve checked on my Snapfish Account and both orders were identified as being sent to their correct addresses – I attached screen captures.
This is a truly lamentable service. Please resend the two cards to the correct addresses immediately - and please regard this as an official complaint to forward to the relevant senior management of Snapfish. I suggest you also send some sort of apology to the Roger Key in Devon who will have received 2 unexpected cards congratulating him on his 70th birthday and 44th Wedding Anniversary.
Cheap and nasty frame
I ordered a framed 6x8" photo of my grandson. It cost £32.99 and the quality of the frame was so cheap, flimsy and nasty. I actually changed the frame for a cheaper better quality one. I contacted customer support via live chat and was told nothing to be done. Didn't even offer me a credit note to keep my custom! Never again Snapfish

They cut the top off my photos, then accused me of cropping them wrong—they were not cropped at all. Many frustrating emails later and they’ll “credit me the prints cost” (so one cent) but I HAVE TO PAY THE SHIPPING?!?
Avoid at all cost
Failed to deliver order despite express delivery paid, have been back and forth about sorting this out - they send messages every 10 days to say theyll do something and dont - would stay away - theyve kept the money and just brush you off with we will do something but dont. feels like they wait for people to get fed up and thats how they are making money
