Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews…they are indeed ignoring legislation.

Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews before ordering. My photos came back with most heads cut off. I tried to use the online Chat box to complain as that seemed the only way. The connection kept dropping, when I eventually got to the end of a conversation the agent said he would give me a credit on my account for the cost of some of the photos but not the postage (which was the largest part of the cost). Why? Under UK law I should have got a full refund? And the credit hasn't been applied to my account either.turned up either

Absolutely diabolical

Absolutely diabolical _ sent me someone else’s photos- tried to use chat does not work - tried to use facebook just got standardised message - luckily did not spend too much money and no chance of getting that back !

Snapfish group need to understand why…

Snapfish group need to understand why the average rating is much lower in the UK from rest of world. Why do we receive a poor service either customer service or products. I personally experienced very slow delivery and updated estimated delivery without notification to customer. I was expecting my product this weekend, but told it's going to be next weekend.

damage to delivered order through poor…

damage to delivered order through poor packaging, finding it impossible to contact customer services for help, live Chat just sits with no response, Facebook messaging takes you to chat that's not apparently working.

Finally got through, once you get through it’s a bit better, they are replacing the order, hopefully with better packaging.

Avoid terrible service

Avoid. Terrible customer service to have to contact them via slow messaging on social media. My despatched order didn't arrive so spent an afternoon messaging them on Facebook. They would only help me if I entered all my credit card numbers on a 'verification site' as they said it was the only way to verify my order. But I gave them the order number, confirmation and despatch confirmation emails, yet they said they couldn't help without me entering all my credit card details on a money transfer verification site, and at one stage even accused me of not paying! I refused on security grounds and they said they couldn't help me then. Unbelievable So next I phoned my credit card company and they said I was right to refuse and that they had never come across such requests before and raised a dispute on my payment to them.

Real lack of customer service

I have used this company for years and ordered calendars every year for over 10 years. I downloaded a 2025 calendar and unfortunately 2024 dates generated. This company is Web based and online chat only, whereby you talk to different people each time. They do not have a designated customer service team. Calendars were gifted and hadn't noticed. There is no comeback from company. Real terrible lack of customer service. They couldn't re print either with correct dates. Be very careful when editing your calendars. I'm unsure why you would sell a 2025 calendar with 2024 dates in November 2024. I will avoid this company in future. Hopefully no one else will be caught our like me.

I ordered various goods already from…

I ordered various goods already from Snapfish UK during the last two years: customized cups, cushions, photo printouts, notebooks (you can add photos to the cover pages). All the goods arrived earlier than announced or in time. I was never overcharged and the quality of the products was always perfect. Never had to contact the customer service as there we're never issues.

I ordered a collage for my daughter in…

I ordered a collage for my daughter in law of her and her father for Xmas as her father has recently passed away. On the original order it said it would be delivered by the 22nd of December. Once I’d paid they changed the date to after Xmas. When you try to make contact, if you use the phone number given you get to a foreign country and you can hardly understand them or if you make contact on the live chat on the website nothing gets resolved. Absolutely appalling customer service. I would never use them again and would recommend others not to either.

Appalling customer service

I ordered a calendar as a present for my mother-in-law and it has arrived exactly as I made it...with the exception of a small photo of the December one on May 14th. I have been accused of putting it there. 1) Why would anyone do this? 2) It wasn't there when I ordered it. 3) I didn't even know it was possible to put a photo on an individual date. 4) I wouldn't know how to do this. They are accepting no responsibility at all.

Beware PayPal overcharge

Buyer beware. Went to order 45 6x4 prints (from the 50 free allowance) for the first time & went to pay via PayPal to see they were charging £1.01 more than on their own billing for p&p.
Tried to query it on their online chat, got an advisor who said she'd get some info & would be back in 2-3 mins, 15 minutes later she ended the chat.
Needless to say, I didn't pay & won't be using them again.
