It’s a scam

It’s a scam. Every time I’ve ordered from them they take my payment wait a week or more and cancel it. They always run out of stock weeks later after I order my items. Not just one item, all of them, every time, out of stock.

Scammer

It’s not about bad customer service, this place never intended to send anything out after receiving payment and does not have stock of anything to sell it’s purely a fraud.

My daughter ordered some trainers with…

My daughter ordered some trainers with this site which she was redirected to from Depop as the company said order directly from us.
BIG MISTAKE
She paid £150 for the trainers out of her birthday money.
The trainers never arrived and the company does not reply to emails.
I emailed them with my account saying I wanted to buy trainers and got immediate replies.
Can’t believe people do this.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Browsing online I wanted a new pair of Jordan’s and resulted to looking through depop (online re-sale application). I found a pair which I liked, and was being sold by the account which also runs the website, Sneakerheadcentral. I asked them how fast delivery would be as I’m loving abroad in 5 days and instantly had a reply of “next day delivery after purchase”. I thought fantastic, they will arrive and I wouldn’t have to pay a lot more for overseas shipping.. I asked a few more questions about the business, and the shoe to see how trusting everything was, and all seemed perfect. It’s 3 days later and I have not received my shoes. I find that the worst part is that as soon as I bought my shoes I have not heard back anything. I have sent multiple messages, some questioning wether I will actually receive my shoes, and still nothing back. I know my messages ARE being read due to the fact of the page STILL POSTING new shoes the past 3 days. This is probably the worst customer service I’ve ever come across. Truly. I don’t believe I’ll receive my shoes, and will have to now organize a friend to collect my shoes and post them to the Caribbean.. Another 2 week wait as well as more money for posting.. Well done sneakerheads, you have really proved yourself to be the worst shoe retailers of 2020.

3 weeks and no shoes

Paid for 2 day shipping, going on 3 weeks, still no shoes. Customer service advised I file a fraud claim with my bank. Being a bank employee, I know filing a fraud claim to get my money back IS FRAUD. When I told them I can't do that they then said they were filing a claim with FedEX and it would take up to 10 days. 3 weeks later now... where are my shoes??? $65 down the drain!

Unprofessional & Rude Customer Service and Unorganized & Insincere Management

I received an email this morning from Sneakerhead that my order I placed yesterday was cancelled.

After calling my gift card company, I found out that the amount of this order I placed with Sneakerhead had been taken out.

So I called Sneakerhead and spoke with the customer service rep, Olivia. She impatiently cut me off in the middle of me explaining what happened.

When I asked Olivia why she was being impatient and rude---especially with her unfriendly tone of voice---she just said that she was going to transfer me, without giving me a chance to agree or disagree.

I then spoke with the manager, Suzanne. who wasn't exactly friendly either, though a notch or two above Olivia.

When I asked Suzanne about an email that I sent them yesterday----since they were already closed when I called them to confirm something---she said that they're not able to track who reads what e-mails.

In the year 2018, if a company doesn't have a system where management has access to shared information among employees, then there's definitely a disconnect with effective communication.

When I mentioned to Suzanne (again, the manager) that my gift card balance for today shows that the order amount was taken out, she reluctantly agreed to allow my order to go through.

Once again, it's not always WHAT one says, but HOW one says it. One's tone of voice reveals A LOT about the verbal expression.

I asked if Suzanne could send me some form of confirmation that we had the phone conversation, and the order will indeed go through; and Suzanne replied in an irritated tone that she didn't feel it was necessary, but that they would.

Sounds like a MEGA LOAD of you know what. I have NEVER heard of a company initially unwilling to provide some type of confirmation for an order placed by a customer.

After the phone call, I searched for reviews for Sneakerhead, and the first two, 1 star reviews shared their experience of Sneakerhead's very poor customer service.

If I was the owner of Sneakerhead, I would make some major improvements with my business.

These beneficial changes include, but are not limited to, replacing very unprofessional and unfriendly managers and customer service reps who habitually repel returning customers. I have no doubt that I'm not the first customer they POed, and I won't be the last.

Employees who have a "I don't give a $H!+" negative attitude are probably tolerating their jobs or careers just to collect a paycheck, and have no desire whatsoever to actually connect with and help interconnected others.

This ultimately stems from a lack of unconditional/true self-love, which helps us to truly accept, embrace, and even deeply love interconnected Life within this Universe and beyond; basically, we can't sincerely give to others what we don't believe we have from within.

It's NOT wise to habitually turn off customers who shop from this particular site---especially those who have a relationship with athletes of various ages, who in turn have connections with their team members, classmates, actual friends, social media friends, immediate and extended family members, community members, neighbors, coworkers, acquaintances, and even strangers.

In today's information age, word gets around INSTANTANEOUSLY.

There's plenty of competition among businesses, so when a business habitually (key word) fails to even meet the BASIC standards---let alone go above and beyond---then it will be no surprise if that business eventually spirals downward like a raging whirlpool.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. These clowns charged me for overnight delivery, but the order didn't show up till 6 days later. Called the.. so called customer service line and the lady that answer the phone was very rude and she refused to refund the 35.00 overnight delivery charge. Don't waist ur time with these unprofessional cons.

Questionable site

Was shopping for suede NikeSB Janoski Max shoes. Site came up under Google.
Pics and description do not match header. Triple checked to ensure I was ordering what I wanted. Received Mesh instead of suede. When rechecked site, suede price had gone up. Reordered from Nike.com like I should have done in the first place. They audit their own reviews too.
