A group of 6 of us have recently booked a ski holiday for next season through SNO. Calvin has been great throughout the booking process, ensuring a great price, making the process efficient and always replying quickly! It has been so easy to book through SNO and we would definitely do this again.

Jack was super helpful in finding and booking a holiday for 2 families. He responded to all queries in a timely manner and was very detialed in the information he gave to us.

Booked two ski trips with sno, one for December 2025 and one for March 2026. Rochard Tasker was excellent and seemed to know te resrts backwards so was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for. The first booking was complicated by our group but Richard helped guide us to a great choice and was able to help me make a small saving as well.

He took the time to understand what we wanted, gave great advice on resorts and accommodation, and handled all the details smoothly. Everything went exactly as planned, and we had an amazing time. Calvin was a great help. He managed to find us suitable accommodation, which was a little challenging for a party of 10 and get it all booked over the weekend. He was able to answer my questions promptly and keep me updated with all the information required to ensure we got the booking through quickly.

I haven't used a travel agent before, my only knowledge is going into them as a child with my mum to book our annual summer holiday. I always assumed they would be more expensive, however I was getting research fatigued and needed an expert to help and I found that in Calvin. He is so knowledgeable and found us exactly what we wanted within budget. Very excited to go on our first ski holiday as a family. Will definitely be using Sno again.

We've dealt with SNO for many years now - they just make it so easy. Email with what we are looking for, they remember us from last year, get back with a number of options, we book, job done. Then they look after you well if there are any issues on the trip, and are always available if we have any questions. Fantastic to deal with. Calvin is great!
