The service was very good. The ear plugs were packaged very well, individually and hygienic. It’s such a good idea to have many different ones to try as quite a few aren’t suitable for me. I have however found the perfect ones now, yippee!

Ear plugs arrived all loose in a brown paper bag. Unfortunately I found them to be not as good as I expected. The level of decreasing the noise was poor. However, I may have ordered the wrong ones, they are of a different material from my previous order.

Absolutely appalling customer service. I ordered two pairs of earplugs from this store and emailed very politely to ask for a delivery estimate. The person who replied was incredibly rude to me simply because I'd missed part of an automated email that had been sent out. I understand it's a hard time for small businesses (this was during the pandemic) but there's no need for rudeness, especially for no apparent reason! I definitely WON'T be shopping here ever again and I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone else either.

Ear plugs arrived really quickly and we're as expected as I've had them before

I have used these earplugs for some years now, and find them very comfortable, and readily reusable. This makes the cost of them most acceptable!

These earplugs are fantastic to wear throughout the night with no sore ears in the morning. With the gales being so frequent just recently I'm having to wear them most nights (I live on the pennines so it can become very noisy).
