I would not recommend this company

I would not recommend this company. I ordered some skis that specified a 6-8 days delivery which never arrived. I emailed to cancel the order and they decided to ship the item anyway the same day I tried to cancel. It has been a month now and I still haven't received the skis and they refuse to refund me asking me to fill out forms so they can dispute with the courier. Even after filling out the forms they ignore my emails and still haven't refunded me.
Very disappointing
