My product came without the dethatcher…

My product came without the dethatcher blade. When I contacted customer service, they sent me the wrong blade. When I reported this to them, they said they would take care of it and again sent me the wrong blade. This is my third time trying to get the detach blade here.

I had a defective knob and after…

I had a defective knob and after spending a long time with a customer service person I was to receive replacement knob. They arrived in a timely period only to find they weren’t the correct size. The bolts were too large and couldn’t pass through the opening on the frame. I have sent 2 emails addressing the issue and I have not received a response.

Do not buy from this company

They have refused to honor their replacement warranty. Had a pressure washer that did not last one year in service. They will claim the product is out of stock even as their website has said product available for sale.

Good price

Good price, great product. My second one actually, the first one lasted 4 years but I really worked it hard. The batteries are still good but the tiller shuts off after running a few minutes. I think it's because the motor gets hot.

SUN JOE needs to make replacement grass…

SUN JOE needs to make replacement grass shear blades for HJ406C. 2 years ago they were out of stock so I bought bought another HJ406C FROM HOME DEPOT for the blades. I never used the battery operated machine. I need blades again and they tell me they don't sell them anymore. i 'm done with SUN JOE

Horrible

First my package got lost. I called and they said they will ship another one but they never did. Going on a month and I Called again. They finally sent another one but never came with the battery charger. The package was messed up too.
Never buying another item from snow Joe.
Customer service is horrible too but we all know why.

The snow shovel I brought was too…

The snow shovel I brought was too confusing to put together. Even to hire someone was going to cost me $100 plus. I had to send back because of this. Otherwise I brought many years ago an electric grass cutter and absolutly loved it.

zero, but system does not permit.
ShopJoe and SunJoe FAILED to respond to multiple attempts to contact both companies by phone, email, text message.
I need to replace the short service hose inside the housing of an SPX3001. I sent photos. No response. No help. No way I can find to order this part.
So now I get to trash the pressure washer. The replacement will NOT be SunJoe.
Utter, absolute FAIL.

Follow-up to reply from SunJoe:
The reply fails. They're going to work on improving customer service. But, there's nothing in that reply about contacting me, nothing about the replacement part that I need. Nothing. They have my contact info. They make no effort to resolve my problem, just platitudes about working to improve.
FAIL.
Sunjoe -- you have my contact info. You know how to contact me. I look forward to that conversation. And maybe even a replacement part.

I ordered 2 bags of ice melt that was…

I ordered 2 bags of ice melt that was supposed to be delivered 4 days after order. When I didn’t receive the order I tracked it and at that point it had not been shipped. I cancelled the order because I needed the ice melt. I found some locally.
They broke me I couldn’t cancel the order because it had been shipped. I tracked it again and Fed X had still not picked up the order. Eventually they cancelled the order. Now I’ve been waiting on a refund for 3 to 4 days.
I reached out to their customer service and hastily not heard back. Third communication is non existent.
I won’t buy again from this company because in my opinion they are not trust worthy.
