I had a very good experience with the customer service in Romania, they were very helpful after I apparently made a mistake when booking... However, the mistake I made concluded in me not getting a confirmation for a room I had booked, just because I didn't choose the "book right away" button. In my defence, and this is where the negative review comes, It was not at all obvious during the booking process, where I did wrong...so probably, if I booked again, I would do the same mistake. So I think this is something that should be improved for a more pleasurable customer experience.
