Awful from start to finish. First person comes round to measure, sat in his car and didn't get out and we got an email saying we weren't in. Clocked them outside and asked them what they were playing at. When they eventually came in they did half a job measuring so when the second person came to fit they couldn't finish the job. This left a gaping hole in my wall and rats got it from outside. The fitter refused to take shoes off (we were told he would wear shoe covers and he didn't) and wouldn't let us put our own dust sheets down for 'safety'. It was wet outside and he ruined our carpet and rugs. Rugs had to be binned and carpet had to be professionally cleaned all at my stress and expense. When I called about this the call centre said all staff should be bringing their own dust sheets and shoe covers. I complained about this and was completely ignored several times. When a third person came to finish the job they were on their mobile loudly complaining about the previous people "half a job as usual' and " Sick of my jobs being cleaning up theirs". Too much stress, over priced, cause problems and ignore you

Absolutely dreadful service and very unreliable! Appointment cancelled at very short notice. When I called to check on my rebooked appointment I was told my telephone number had been lost although I gave my telephone number to the sales assistant and had spoken on 6 occasions when my first appointment was cancelled. I was also told surveyor would be 40 minutes late for my appointment and this was followed by a phone call to say the appointment was no longer happening and they cancelled completely at very short notice because my job was not a large enough project and surveyor had no time!! This has been a complete waste of my time and wish they had told me when original appointment was booked and not keep me dangling for days until another project is taken on and therefore my money is no longer needed. Very rude and disrespectful and no apology received for the inconvenience caused!

Excellent company to use- we had them do our windows, french doors and bifold... really pleased with the quality. The customer service was brilliant...they were always available worked really well with our builders and were accommodating on timing. I would highly recommend them!! Thank you Sonu and team.

We had all the windows in our house replaced as well as the front door. Good price and work done on schedule to a very good standard. Around a year later. The front door needed adjustment as it became difficult to close. The guys turned up when scheduled and completed the adjustment in good time. Would absolutely use again.

Had a new front door fitted last year by Safe in Style Glazing, good workmanship, well priced , and good after sales service, can't fault them for value for money.

Great service. Professional finish and quick service. We are very happy with our doors, bifold door and composite door. Competitively priced and efficiently delivered. No hassle quotation process unlike other known suppliers who hassle you and torture you with sales gimmicks. Highly recommend.

We used Sonu and his team firstly in 2016 (front of the house windows) and again in July 2019 (rear windows, bifolding doors and skylight).

Even if there is an issue they will resolve it promptly and most importantly always answer your calls!
