Was sent the wrong product. I contacted and was promised they would send the correct item and refund my postage for sending the incorrect one back.
This hasn't happened and emails are being ignored!
Ordered an item which they advised by email was out of stock but unfortunately I did not receive the email so therefore didn’t reply to them - they then text me to advise and I requested a substitute item which was also out of stock but they advised a similar but more expensive item was in stock and they sent this at no extra cost. Excellent service.
Don't waste your money or time. After over a month waiting for my order... nothing.

I ordered 4 different cats and got 4 of the same. This was back in August . I sent 3 back to address given to me and have heard nothing. No refund and no replacement cats. I ordered from this company rather than Amazon to support them. It didn't do me a lot of good.:):):)
Absolutely horrendous shipping time! Ordered May 22, shipped June 20th. No communication to say order will be delivered late.

Absolutely amazing service couldnt thank them enough , for my blanket for my new puppy even though i put the wrong date on it they went above and beyond to get this fixed for me , soo soo happy with the blanket Thankyou so much
