Products came as promised. Service was good from Snusdaddy side. -1 star for UPS. They didnt have my phone number from my order and I wasnt able to update my door code to them. Phone number I was able to update them. They only have deliveries during daytime, when no-one’s home. Also the driver wasn’t able to call (for door code) since they don’t have phones. If he would have called I could have told him to take it to nearest Access Point.

Next time, please make sure to contact us and we would have made sure to resolve this in a much easier manner as we have slightly better contact with UPS as well as more tools to make changes.

I understand it wasn't perfect as there were a few things that happened along the way with your order, but I think we handled it decently.
A change request during delivery created a delay and some complications. Should have taken 1-2 days but ended up taking a week as the weekend came into play as well.
Also, we were missing a few cans from the order you placed due to a system error and to not delay the shipment further, we simply replaced them with some others and added a few to compensate for the mishap.
Sorry about the inconvenience.

I've ordered 12 different flavors, the next day (business day) they already shipped!
Great products and great company all-around, will definitely buy from them again next month.
They even included one extra snus as a gift! Really nice as a customer but as marketing as well eheh!

Right you are I’m afraid and I’m really sorry about this delay you have experienced.
Looking at the tracking it seems like the package can’t quite find its way to you after you requested a change to it. I don’t know what the change is and what triggered the loop of these errors, but I bet simply contacting UPS will resolve it.
