Getting one email trail with several certificates when staff complete training can be complex to navigate. Would be better to get individual emails for certificate completion.
Should also be more advanced in this day and age and have a system that allows us to directly notify a staff member of a new training from the software rather than having to email the staff to let them know its allocated.

We are sorry to hear that you appear to have received several certificates in one email trail. Please be assured that we only send individual certificates by email each time a course is completed, and do not send out multiple certificates at the same time.
If several trainees completed courses on the same day you will have received email completion notifications for all with certificates for each, which could appear as a thread depending on your email settings.
Certificates can also be accessed from your Manager account.
With regards to course enrolment notifications, we do now send automatic course enrolment email notifications to trainees whose individual email address is registered on their account.
If your existing trainees have been registered with a generic company or manager email address, these accounts will need to be updated to include their email addresses to enable them to receive these notifications.
Existing trainee usernames can be updated via the manager account as follows:
Log in to the manager account
Select the trainee’s username
Click on ‘Trainee account options’
Select ‘Edit account’
Change email address to the trainee’s email address – this will automatically update the trainee’s username to their email address, and you will need to notify the trainee that their email address has replaced their username.
This will not change how certificates are managed.

To start the course, please log into your account and select the 'Trainee management' button at the top of the page. Ensure that the ‘Active Trainees’ tab is highlighted so that your name appears underneath this tab.
If you are using a computer to access your training, click on the number displayed under the ‘Current Courses’ column to view your courses.
If you are using a mobile device, please click directly on your name from the list of ‘Active Trainees’ which will take you to your list of ‘Current Courses’. The ‘Start’ button will be located to the right-hand side of the course. If you are unable to see the ‘Start’ button, either rotate the screen on your phone so that it is in landscape mode or click on the title of the course and a ‘Start course’ button will be displayed.
If you have enrolled on the Care Certificate, please click onto the number under the ‘Current Courses’ column or directly on your name to access your training page.
Next to the Care Certificate Induction training, click on the ‘View’ button and the 20 individual courses contained within the bundle will be displayed with a ‘Start’ button to the right-hand side of each. The courses can be completed in any order you wish.
If you are accessing your training via a mobile phone, click directly onto the words "Care certificate induction" and the 20 individual courses contained within the bundle will be displayed. To start a course click onto the course title.
Start a course (trainee)
To start the course, please log into your account and click on the words ‘My courses’ which can be found on the blue navigation bar. A list of ‘Active’ and ‘Archived’ courses will then be displayed. Please ensure that you select the ‘Active Courses’ tab where you will find a list of your ‘Current Courses’. To start the course, simply click on the ‘Start’ button.

Regards question Re- hand washing…
Regards question Re- hand washing sequence. We have to move the boxes to do the correct order. However it is very difficult, the boxes move to where you don’t want them, they jump back to where they were or a section you have not selected, And so waste a lot of time. Extremely frustrating. Also I think time wise for the courses are too long. Also trick/confusing the way some are questions are structured. Thank you

Our interactive questions are designed to enhance the learner experience by actively engaging the learner in their training, for example, through re-ordering processes and identifying true or false responses.
With the re-ordering questions, you are required to put into the correct order the statements given - usually to show the correct order of a sequence or process. To move a statement further up the list or lower down in the list, use the mouse cursor or your finger (when using a mobile phone) to select the statement and whilst holding it, push up or drag down to change its position and then release.
Our courses undergo a rigorous quality assurance process, so we can verify the training materials, including the questions are accurate and meet the standards of the Core Skills Training Framework and the Skills for Health Framework.
SCTV is a member of the CPD certification service. This membership recognises that our training materials have been evaluated to the highest standards.

Our training programmes are designed to enable learners to watch video clips multiple times before answering a question. Once a question has been answered, the program automatically progresses onto the next module.
We provide a review facility once training has been completed that allows learners to view any questions answered incorrectly and re-watch the associated video clip.
This supports learners to understand the topic in more detail and discuss any gaps in knowledge with their supervisor if required.

We are sorry that you found your training to be gruelling. We are not sure how many courses you were allocated at one time as that is a decision taken by your employer, based on the training requirements for your company.
SCTV courses range from between 30 and 90 minutes depending on the nature of the content and come in 2-3 minute bite-sized modules. Training can be completed on any device and can be paused and resumed at a convenient time.
