Super easy to use and I wouldn't use any other platform!

Easy to use and provides a great free experience

I was a Hootsuit user looking for an alternative that did not break the bank of a new business and that clearly had its users as a priority.

I scheduled a free demo call with the Social Champ team and I was surprised of the commitment of the company to the onboarding success of its new users.

Special acknowledgement to Tani A., whom not only adapted her demo presentation to my interests and necessities, but also answered my very specific questions gracefully.

THEY DON'T HAVE LIVE SUPPORT , EVEN NOT PHONE CALL SUPPORT .
AT THEIR WEBSITE THEY HAVE SOME SOME BUGS , BUT MOBILE APPS ? SUCKSSS LIKE BROWSING FROM SAFARI ...
I FINISHED THE TRAIL AND I HAD REGISTERED THE CREDIT CARD , THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND THEIR WEBSITE IS STILL ASKING FOR MONEY SOO I DONT KNOW HOW THIS WEBSITE EXISTS AND GET RECOMMENDED BY SOME PEOPLE .

I have been searching for a free social media sharing tool and Social Champ pulled through for me. Because I am just running an hobby, the free version is great. I look forward to joining the premium version and increasing usage.

It's now been since the 5th January since their wordpress plugin has worked, meaning nothing has worked in nearly 2 months. All I get is we are actively working on the solution thanks for you patience.

Since then they have charged me for 2 months of subscription and tried to fob me off with one month free going forward. How much use is that if your system doesn't work?

Takes an age to get a reply on support, you can't even use support if you are logged on because their website is broken even after I alerted them to the fact.

Overall, not a good experience. I hope they pull their fingers out and refund me and fix the issues. But I'm not holding my breath

This is a difficult thing for me to write due to the amount of time wasted with them. Everyone has different needs when picking a tool. I only had one single need when picking a scheduling app that worked with X (Twitter). Unlimited calendar scheduling in the future. They gave me a demo. I checked reviews. I asked several times. Then I looked on their website and found THREE different places where they said, in writing, for the $29/month plan. They allowed UNLIMITED schedule posting. UNLIMITED. So, I spent literally weeks scheduling posts. When I hit 4,000, they cut me off. Saying that was the limit and I should now delete posts if I wanted to schedule more. This is a warning for others. It seems to me that what they write on their website, say in text, and speak on the phone cannot, in my opinion and experience, be trusted.

I could not be more disappointed. When I sent them back THREE separate screenshots of the advertising unlimited scheduling, they sent me back an email - here's the copy/paste:

I just heard back from my technical team. You may have reached your maximum limit for the scheduled post i. e., 4000. Which is the reason you have to face the issue.

I would suggest you to please try to delete some of the posts in order to schedule the new ones, or wait for the already scheduled ones to get published first.

All over their website, it says UNLIMITED scheduling for the $29 plan.

I broke into content management with Hootsuite, and after 6 years with that platform 2 years ago was able to make the jump to Social Champ. It continues to evolve as the most efficient and comprehensive low cost alternative to full stack schedulers.

My main objective was bulk scheduling, which it does beautifully. (Only criticism is it uses one field for the entire record, which precludes arrangement by date/account/title.) All the other features are bonuses.

With few exceptions, engagement is intuitive, simple, and quick. If you need content management at any level, Social Champ likely fits your needs beautifully.

Among the myriad platforms I've engaged with, SocialChamp undoubtedly ranks among the finest. Its panel boasts a seamless and intuitive interface, making it a breeze to navigate. The practicality it offers is unmatched, while its pricing remains unparalleled when compared to other competitors in the market. Without a doubt, SocialChamp is a top-tier choice for anyone seeking a comprehensive and cost-effective solution.

I just wanted to say what a massive difference Social Champ has made to the social media side of my business! I’ve tried loads of scheduling tools in the past but they all fell down in one way or another, but Social Champ genuinely ticks every box for me!

The ability to create a post and then tweak it for each network is awesome and has saved me so much time. Being able to schedule to LinkedIn has been a great help too, and I’ve started to make a real impact on there now thanks to Social Champ!

As a marketing agency, here's what was great:
- Connecting social accounts was super easy
- The UI may not be the prettiest, but the functionalities were intuitive, easy to figure out, well organised
- Staff training was easy as again, interface is very easy with everything you need and also has all the features I enjoyed on other reputable platforms such as hootsuite, loomly, sked, later, etc etc

Feedback to improve:
- Make bulk upload a bit easier - the spreadsheet process is fine however the instruction/guide could be updated or simplified, the columns could be more descriptive.
- Bulk upload for Google Drive did not work
- Bulk upload was a bit glitchy
- When cropping images within the platform, it doesn't recognise that the image has been cropped hence the alert doesn't get resolved

Otherwise, customer service has been great. Knowledge Base was decent. Pricing also great for agency as well as for individuals or small business.

Social Champ has a very user friendly UI for its Android App. As I use it daily, it became a comfortable fit to use. Its pricing is very competitive, and its ability to post to two X accounts at the same time is something others cannot do.

Absolutely trash customer support. I upgraded to the Business plan for $99 a month, 2 days later I came to the conclusion Socialchamp Business plan could not facilitate my needs because their automatic poster for pinterest was bugged, and this was exactly what I needed, so I asked for a refund. Not only was the refund refused and dragged on over a period of 30 days, I was charged AGAIN for $99. And the funniest part is, if you want to DOWNGRADE your plan to the $30 plan you HAVE TO PAY IT IN ADVANCE. Incapable support team. ''Yeah just downgrade you just have to pay $30''

The instagram scheduler works great, but the support team is not worth mentioning, im so frustrated, just blatantly stealing your money.

Love how easy it is to use and how clients can approve proofs without a lot of extra expense of confusion. AI tools are nice. Reliable friendly support and most importantly, whenever we have made requests or suggestions the tech team has taken our requests seriously and integrated some great solutions. Really great!! Nice solution for a small to mid-size social media team. So happy with social champ!!!

I used Social Champ for the first year of my freelance business, but my client load changed right after my renewal was processed. I contacted Social Champ and heard right away from Moniba, who resolved my issue with kindness and efficiency. It really makes a difference to be well cared for as a customer! I will be back!

Switching over to Social Champ from Hootsuite has been a game-changer for our team. Not only did we find it to be more cost-effective, but it also provided us with additional features like post-recycling that were missing from our previous Hootsuite plan. We have also been very impressed with their customer service. They were responsive and worked with us when we had an account issue.

I must admit I was dubious but there is no doubt after using both the Pitta Shampoo, Conditioner and now Serum my hair looks fully, healthier and as if I have just walked out of the hair salon. My only criticism is not the product but it is more of a request to be given an alternative courier choice apart from Evri, who in our area is very hit and miss, currently it's a massive miss!

Social Champ is a smart marketing platform for social media management. The coolest feature is that you can bulk upload up to 300 posts at a time - which saves us a ton of time and effort when scheduling posts in advance!

It also suggests the best times to schedule posts by analyzing audience behaviour and traffic - this has helped with lead gen as well.
