Ordered a stain glass lantern. When it arrived and was ready to be installed, it was found the top was broken. They sent out a replacement top at no extra cost.
The worth of a company is often seen when there is a problem, not when everything goes smoothly.

We purchased 43 individual switches and sockets.
The product quality is excellent and the antique brass finish we were looking for was spot on.
We had one problem with part of the order with the back boxes not quite fitting and Gary rectified this (and promptly refunded the difference in price).

Bought some switches which were great however I ordered the wrong finish (my fault) I called Sockets and switches and they agreed to swap them free of charge and post them to me at no extra cost.
All I had to do was send the originals back at my expense. They made a stressful situation of my own making a pleasant experience by being so understanding & helpful.

I have used Sockets and Switches before as they have a really great range of items. On this occassion the switch I ordered was faulty. In no time at all I was contacted by the manager himself who advised me that a replacement bit would be sent out first class. Great customer service.
