Totally scammed! Placed an order on 14th December but still waiting to hear back anything. Royal mail tracking confirms that the seller is yet to despatch the item as of 22/12. After contacting customer service, they "can't process cancellations due to a high volume of request" and neither can they confirm when the order is likely to be despatched.

Awful experience.

Looking for some Christmas socks for my brother. Found a pair of 3 at a very reasonable price. Arrived in good time and were delivered in a lovely christmas box making them the perfect stocking filler! Happy service all the way.

I ordered an advent calendar on the 3/12. Was still chasing it up by 13/12 as they said it could take 7 working days to arrive(!!) It never arrived and they issued a refund as there was no longer stock to send out… seems dodgy to me. Disappointing and seems a bit scammy to sell product and then have ran out when it’s not received and chased up.

Ordered x2 Pringle underwear sets and x2 Pringle bamboo sock sets for Xmas. Arrived promptly, packaged well and item was exactly as described. Very happy and will use again. Thank you sockshop!

I purchased some Pringle socks on Amazon via the sock shop. I wanted to buy some more so I checked on Google for the best prices and the sock shop came up and they had a better selection and good prices. Worked out about the same price as Amazon just a few pounds more in total for this order. I ordered another 3 packs of Pringle socks. They arrived within 2 days after ordering by Royal Mail tracked 48.
I love the socks I chose again. I really like the Pringle cotton socks I've been buying them for years now. You can trust the quality is going to be good and I like they're not super thick. They wash and dry nice too. 18 pairs should last me another year. No problems at all here. Thankyou so much.

Be careful with this site. Web page does not refresh. I've had my order dispatched 3 times. Three payments gone out of my account. Now I have to wait for delivery to return and the wait for a refund. I contacted I plenty of time for them to amend and resolve. And all ii got back was sorry. Return two packages and wait for a refund

I'd not seen the poor reviews. I received some socks that were as other people have described, the elastic had gone in the calf and at the top, so they'd fall off, and aren't fit for purpose, clearly faulty. I asked for a replacement with another variant of the style I bought and they keep asking for the same information. The customer services via chat are really lovely and helpful. But, they refer you to those that email you and it all goes down hill from there. They send slow and unhelpful emails asking for information that they already have. Almost like a stalling tactic to see if you give up. The quality is really poor, it's like they have seconds or old tatty stock. They were my go to for socks, but the order before had some terribly faulty socks with huge extra seams that stuck out to the side like another toe, made them impossible to wear.
I wish they'd get on with my exchange. I don't think I'd recommend them or buy from them again now.

Purchase went well and delivery was good but the quality of the socks is very variable. Followed washing instructions but some shrank, most pairs sag to mid calf than staying up by my knees despite being advertised as “knee socks” so I’ve had to resort to stitching shirring elastic round the tops as they have no visible welt to keep them in place! The socks do keep my (very) cold feet warm but don’t do much for my legs. Disappointed customer!
After contact with SockShop Customer Services a refund has now been issued for the faulty items so I’m a much happier customer!

purchased sockshop socks from tk maxx and within less than 24 hours of wear they showed signs of damage. They are now only getting worse. Horrible quality. I made a genuine effort to resolve issue but they don't care.

As autumn is here and boot season is around the corner, I purchased 4 pairs of Elle chenille cable knit boot socks.
I wore the first pair the day after they arrived. When I took off my boots at the end of the day, the socks were almost bald on the ball of my foot and the heel. The chenille had completely shed and was dust in the bottom of my boots. These socks are fluffy and completely useless in boots. I have now worn 2 pairs and had to throw them both away at the end of the day as they were bald

Sockshop contacted me to apologise and gave me a full refund.

ordered gloves where the tightening mechanism was faulty, reported it on live chat, a ticket was raised and a replacement pair arrived a couple of days later without me requiring to return the original pair

NOTE there is NO phone number, only online chat when there is a problem. I ordered over £100 worth of men's and ladies socks. £30 was on Chenille boots socks that are the worst quality I have ever come across. On unpacking them, I found a big hole in one sock, and I reported it. I was told someone would get back to me. More than 2 weeks have past and I have not been contacted. After I had finished unpacking them, I found I was covered in coloured fluffy bits. They had shed a huge amount of fibres, so I was there, with a lint brush removing loose fibres, on the inside and the outside of 12 pairs of socks, for hours, and still the shedding, on some, continues. You would not believe how much.

Ordered cr7 boxers they said they would send me a barcode to scan but it isn’t I have to have it printed myself which I don’t have a printer. So couldn’t send it in post office then gone onto Royal Mail and I have to pay for it to be collected and sent (was told it was free) the ronaldo boxers have spelling missing and meant to be genuine boxers.

Admittedly the bamboo socks came free with my order but included a QR code in case I wanted to order more. They were lovely and soft as I put them on but just one short walk and both my big toes were poking through (I keep my toenails very very short). The Falke socks I ordered are fine, top quality but the experience with the 'taster' socks means that I will not order from them again.

Ordered Bamboo socks size 7 to13. Arrived. Tried one on . Nowhere near fit. I am size 12.5 shoe size. Said I could return, as long as packaging was intact. I replied how can I try them on without undoing packaging. Have recieved no reply. They are nog fit for purpose. Very dissapointed.

Order say 2-3 days which you pay for, but apparently that means upto 7 days.. Being upfront and honest are the basics of any business. It's not hard, your only selling socks.

Ordered two sets of jeep hiking socks for almost £20. Ordered a set of the pink and purple ones, when they arrived the purple ones were the wrong ones, super disappointing at nearly 10 each! i wouldn't have minded but they were to match my outfit :( i contacted customer service on ebay who were very blunt and said they must have been the newer model, which they aren't (they offer 2 purple colours the one i ordered and the ones i received , so they were wrong) i just didn't order them ones and got sent the other purple style. Contacted live chat who said someone would email me, but so far ive not had a response regarding sending me the wrong socks. The delivery was quick so that was a plus. Just want the socks i originally ordered.

Never met more rude customer service, speak to you like crap. “I did tell you to return them to us” yes with no information at all what you were going to do, are you exchanging them refunding them? Nah will never use this place again.

I bought some bamboo socks for my son and they last 2 weeks! You can literally see them falling apart in front of your eyes! Awful but they “seemed” to have good reviews…..wont buy anything from this company again. Waste of money.
