Extremely frustrating experience with…

Extremely frustrating experience with Socotec.

We repeatedly provided the same information and documents, only to be asked for them again and again. Emails often went unanswered, and we spent months chasing responses and clarifications that should have been dealt with promptly.

The result was significant delays, wasted time, additional costs, and a great deal of unnecessary stress. Many of the issues we encountered could easily have been avoided through proper communication and record management.

Based on our experience, we would not use their services again.
