Hassle free no problem

Ordered a blind then straight away received an email stating it was out of stock! I would have to wait several weeks as it was out of stock! Then received another email saying there would be a further wait! In the end I asked for a refund which they did give me! Bad experience!

Really happy with blind fits perfect. Will definitely bye all my blinds from here. Thank you.

Day night blind excellent product, gives great control of light in the room. Easy to install and appears to be of excellent quality.

Great product , delivery poor not aware of delivery date, Nearly £800 of blinds left on doorstep right next to a walkway and no confirmation email to say they had been delivered. Luckily they weren't taken and it didn't rain.

I needed to contact customer service as some of the blinds I ordered were mismeasured by myself and their service from start to finish was exemplary.
The blinds were collected very quickly and re made to the right measurements sent back to me and are now in place and fit perfectly. Special thanks to Mark Miglinczy for his help and for keeping me informed of every step of the process.
Highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

Your website was wrong and you couldn't deliver the blinds we ordered in the size we wanted, so we had to cancel our order, on a positive note you did refund the money promptly, hence 2 stars not one.

Superb quality blinds. First delivery was damaged, but their customer support sorted it really quickly and a replacement was sent within a week.

The top mounting fittings are not as good as the first blinds I ordered two years ago. Now they are thinner metal and are more difficult to install. This looks like a cost saving by the blind manufacturers but the result is a poorer product which is difficult to install particularly in an older property.

Quickly sent the requested sample. Instructions followed to the letter. Easily understood measuring advice. Delighted with the blind. Very competitive price.

Worst experience ever.
Ordered back in January and still today I am unable to put my blinds up.
Delivery company is awful. Leave on the doorstep without knocking on the door.
The packaging is all broken with pieces missing.
One delivery was stolen completely as we was on holiday and wasn't informed of the delivery

Ordered 4 blinds mid January, two weeks later still not arrived. Phoned Easy Blinds, they contacted supplier and fed back that they were sending them out. Another week passed still no blinds. Rang Easy Blinds who again contacted supplier who now said they were lost! Disgraceful service, no apology from Easy Blinds who took the easy option out and refunded money. Really needed these blinds as new property with nothing at windows. Gone somewhere else now who provide a good service with clear tracking details.

Arrived in good time. Size fits the space. Happy with the result.
