My Bed Arrived Damaged,i was promised White Glove delivery,which was supposedly 2 Men delivering the Bed,myself and my Wife ended up helping to get the bed in to our House.The Bed is as hard as nails to sleep on,you will certainly need a good Quality Topper for it.,just dont by the ones advertised by sofa bed Heaven at the £150 mark on their web site as you can buy exactly the same item new on e bay for £50 or so.We had a problem with our bed and eventually after months the replacement part finally arrived all the way from Poland and was finally installed with much effort.It was only after the fitting and the 2 employees had left did we discover that they had bodged the entire job and had drilled through one of the storage units on the bed.After Months of excuses and waiting to get our bed repaired we simply could not be bothered to go through anymore Hassle and false promises with this bunch of con artists..We also suspect that a lot of the Google and Trust pilot reviews regarding this company are False as these beds are made in Poland and a lot of the Reviewers appear to be from that Country.I would never use this Company again..they appear to be run on a shoestring,and once they have had your Money they dont want to know.unless you play hardball with them and dont stand for their lies and excuses.We will never use this bunch of Oxygen thieves again.

Although I’m usually sceptical about the comfort of the ‘bed’ part of sofa beds, this isn’t the case with these Sofas. They are comfortable in either form, which has been a godsend over the festive period for guests.

Now I have to say upfront that the chair bed I purchased is comfortable and works well. However, the experience of buying it was miserable. After delays in expected delivery and extremely poor communication, I was eventually told one evening that delivery would be made the next day (a saturday) as the chair was being transported from Europe. I waited in all day and all evening - nothing and no communication. I was phoned the next morning and told that delivery would take place at 1pm - it eventually arrived at 3.30pm. No explanation about the delay or the no-show on the day before. The courier was single-handed and had no moving equipment - no trolley or dolly or even gloves or safety shoes. It was a good job my husband was there to help (which he shouldn't have had to do). The courier's English was so poor that communication was almost impossible. To cap it all, when we unwrapped the chair, it was the wrong colour! I complained by email, which was ignored (much as the others had been) until I sent a more threatening one with a tinescale, at which point I received a phone call from New Zealand (truly an international setup!). I was offered a replacement chair, but I just couldn't go through that awful experience again. I needed a chair bed and didn't see why I should have to wait another almost 2 months for a replacement. I certainly would not recommend this Company.

I have waited 6 weeks to write a review because I wanted to be 100% sure about the product.
Firstly I have to say that I have never had customer service like the service Craig gave. He met me at the showroom at a convenient time for me and allowed me to fully test all the sofa’s I was interested in. He had a world of valuable advice and was very objective with his opinion.
I bought a the Boston Modular Corner with the pocket sprung sitting/sleeping area.
When Craig delivered the sofa, and carried each section up three flights of stairs, he assembled it very easily, it literally slots together. Initially I felt a bit alarmed because in the setting of my property it looked different and I suddenly felt panicked that I didn’t want it any longer, however, that first night’s sleep was unbelievable and I suddenly had to consider looks versus comfort. The next few nights were the same, a very good sleep with none of the aches and pains I’d had before.
Friends came to visit and said I was being ridiculous because the sofa was great and I have to admit, the reason I had a issue was purely because it didn’t look like my old sofa.
I sleep like a baby on this bed, it really is a sofa built around a excellent quality bed.
I would advise that you get the memory foam mattress topper and pillows only to add an extra layer of luxury.
It has been more than worth the money for the sofa I and would recommend the amazing service to anyone.

We are really happy with our sofa bed. Brilliant price for a great quality product easily comparable to some of the more expensive ones on the market. The bed is really comfortable and easily converts from the sofa. Craig is a lovely guy - really helpful and friendly and did not feel pressurised to buy. Delivery on time. Highly recommended. My family and I would highly recommend. Don’t waste a few hundred on “cheap and nasty” alternatives as guests will feel it when they have to sleep on a bad sofa bed. For a bit more, this was the ideal product.

The combination of a web-based service but with a physical showroom where you can see the sofa beds and sit/lie on them is brilliant, and the free swatch service is also really helpful when choosing the easy-clean fabric for your sofa. The mechanism to convert the chair/sofa into the bed is well balanced and easy to do; the unit glides easily into the bed format and back again with minimum physical effort.

We phoned and agreed an appointment with Craig (Sunday 4pm, showroom in Guildford). It was a real personal service, as he showed us around and gave us a proper and excellent demo of our selected item (Tokyo 140 Sofa Bed with Large Storage)
Online order and payment was there and then, using our mobile phone and credit card.
Our sofa bed was ready for delivery earlier than we expected and we still had the old one to sell, so we asked Craig if we could have it delivered later. When the old one was out of the way, Craig brought our new one next day! (Amazon Prime could not have done it faster).
It was a struggle to get it into the house as the hallway and the doors are rather narrow in our place, but Craig solved it.

I have to say I have had great service from Sofa Bed Heaven from start to finish. The ordering system was simple and the Sofa it's self is excellent with a great mechanism which easy easy for the whole family to operate. I particularly like the storage in the arms. I would like to offer a special than you to Craig who went above and beyond to ensure I received my Sofa in time for arriving guests.

I ordered two sofas from Sofa Bed Heaven. My requirements were a little unusual, insofar as I wanted one to be a sofa-bed, & the other to be a matching conventional, static sofa. I also wanted both to be in leather, which was a non-standard covering for the style of sofa I chose. Sofa-Bed Heaven were very accommodating regarding my order, & even included free delivery. The sofas themselves are of excellent quality, & I couldn't be happier with them - they look fantastic in my living room!

Really happy with Sofa Bed Heaven and the quality of the sofa bed. The mechanism is smooth and the bed really comfortable.
The sofa bed took about a week longer to come through than expected but they did say when I ordered they were currently busy and did I have an important deadline to meet, which I didn't. They did keep me informed by email during all stages and as soon as it was made it was delivered. I had placed the order with Craig who took the time to FaceTime me in the studio so I could see the colours and beds live before I purchased.
All queries were answered quickly and accurately.
Really friendly service, I would definitely use them again and have already had a couple of friends see the sofa bed and ask for more details. Highly recommend.

We had excelent service with Sofa Bed Heaven. Great showroom with all the info you need. The bed arrived when it was supposed to and it is a well constructed and comfortable bed. Just like a real bed in a sofa. Not a thin mattress, but a real bed.

Would like to say a huge well done to Sofa bed heaven. I found them online and was sceptical about ordering from an online retailer. So I called the sales hotline and all my questions and doubts were soon put to 'bed' so to speak. I was advised that an appointment could be made to visit their showroom in Guildford if I wanted to try before I buy. We discussed measurements and requirements, and after this I was recommended the corner sofa bed Detroit. It was advised that on arrival the seat and bed would be firm and after use would soften, Delivery went smoothly. product is great and easy to use, fabric is fantastic with children. We bought a sofa bed from sofa bed heaven in October 2018. We cannot fault the service of the product. We were looked after really well by the team in Guildford, who patiently showed us through all the options, ensuring that we made the right choice, in terms of style, colour and mattress. They then dismantled the showroom sofa for us to allow us to get it into the car. The sofa itself is really well designed and engineered, meaning it is really simple to turn into a bed with minimal effort. We are delighted with the sofa and with the attentive care of Sofa Bed Heaven and would recommend to anyone.
