I was sceptical buying a sofa at such a cheap price online without seeing it first. However, communication was efficient regarding delivery date
and time. Delivery was within the same week of it being ordered. Delivery guys were friendly and helpful. Sofa is amazing and looks fab in our living room. Definitely recommend.

I bought my sofa from this website and I received it within a week. The sofa is so comfortable and strong, it is the ideal sofa and I couldn’t have asked for more from the company during my purchase and also after care from purchasing the suite they were amazing throughout the whole thing!

Would highly recommend sofa cabin, absolutely love my sofa, had lots of lovely compliments on it, delivery guys were also great, had a little trouble getting the sofa in but they persevered and got it in 😊 Even gave them a little tip as we were really happy 😊

Purchased my sofa last week and had it delivered within a week, Great quality and service would definitely recommended:)

Delivered a sofa which was incorrectly advertised. Asked if this could be returned and I didnt hear back for about a week. Then I was advised they would send me a free footstool as an apology. I agreed to this and I waited 6 weeks as it wasnt in stock. The weeks went by and I had to repeat my complaint several times as no one took ownership and they kept forgetting. Emailed, called, text, Facebook messaged no proper response. I gave up! The sofa itself is really cheap and uncomfortable it's pretty much like sitting on a plank of wood. Absolutely no customer service. Really poor quality - the type that makes you itch when you sit on it. No receipt provided after asking several times. Can only assume to avoid tax purposes. And to add insult they have blocked me from commenting on thier facebook pictures when people ask for reviews. If you are negative they will block you and only allow positive comments.

Con men at thier finest.

Sofas are brilliant look amazing in the living room, just purchased another sofa for the kitchen looking forward to it
