Beautiful Morgan sofa 4 seater & 2 seater absolutely stunning sofa to say I’m over the moon is an understatement! Ive never bought blind before always gone out searching all the stores, I was nervous to buy it but oh how happy I am with it… delivery was perfect as was the 2men who positioned it where I wanted it. Absolute beautiful handmade sofa from Sofa sofa! So very impressed with not only the excellent quality but the customer service was exemplary. We visited their fabulous showroom where the staff were friendly but not overbearing which is so often the case in other furniture stores. They have a wide range of different styles to suit everyone in lots of different fabrics and designs. We eventually managed to decide on one sofa which we ordered online. After a week or so we decided that we wanted to change the colour of the sofa we ordered and though we thought this would be a long shot, we emailed Sofasofa asking if this were possible and they were extremely accommodating, agreeing to the change and without it affecting our delivery date too! Stunning sofa, fabulous service, we have recommended Sofasofa to all our friends and will definitely be purchasing from them in the future!

We are so delighted with our new Amelia sofa. The colour and weave are just perfect for our kichen/living /diner. It is sturdy, firm and supremely comfortable.
I must add a word of thanks to your delivery team. They were friendly and helpful even after a long day and an even longer journey home. Also to your admin: team who maintained a helpful and polite correspondence. Even when I changed delivery dates Twice!!
I would thoroughly recommend you to friends and family. I have my eye on a further 2 Amelia's in sage.

This was a second purchase of the same sofa we bought from them about 15-18 years ago! Obviously we were more than pleased with it. Its smaller sister is still with us also. Great communication, friendly, very efficient delivery. No downsides 😃

Unable to visit the showroom in Wales (I live in Plymouth) I ordered a sofa online on the understanding that I could change it within 21 days, I think, if it wasn't right. When my original sofa arrived I didn't find it comfortable so asked for a replacement, same green velvet, but different style. This arrived, no quibbles, and the original was taken away. The down side was that I had to wait a few more weeks for the new delivery but it was worth the wait: I love my new sofa which is beautifully made, really substantial and best of all really comfy.
Would definitely recommend.

Great service from picking sofas and ordering …
Delivery time scale was good but delivery drivers appalling. Delivered Sofas to Living Room , did not unpack nor put legs on ….just said you got screwdrivers it’s not hard to do.
Then when we unpacked it all we found the one leg was wrong and had to phone customer services to get it replaced.

I have bought a number of three piece suites from Sofa Sofa over the years and have generally been satisfied with both the standard of items and customer service.
However my last purchase in May 2021 of a sofa and two armchairs has been somewhat disappointing. The filling in the left hand side of one armchair has degraded and all you can feel is the wooden frame underneath.
I contacted Sofa Sofa to express my displeasure and was informed that a 2 year guarantee applies to the sofa. Quite clearly the build quality is not good and you would expect an armchair to last more than three years. I will not be buying another.

Easy ordering process, can see a photo of the sofa in the fabric you choose, good choice of fabric on the Woburn sofa, order to delivery only a few weeks, received updates and delivery on time, really pleased with the small sofa, fabric looks good, sturdy frame and very comfortable - would definitely recommend and planning to do a further order for sofas in another room.

We purchased a Malmo leather 3 seater sofa, a Malmo sofa bed, and footstool. The leather is fine, but after 2 years, they are still SOLID! It has not softened and is no more comfortable than the day it was delivered. Deeply disappointed. After a long day at work, you want to relax in a comfy sofa, this sofa will not provide that. The sofa bed need you to have a mattress topper or duvet on top of the very thin mattress to make it bearable.

My advice - don’t purchase a sofa online.

Waste of money, but going to replace as soon as possible.

Buying a sofa online can be really problematic but i'm so happy with this company.
Customer services responded straight away to queries, both before and after placing my order, and were always pleasant and helpful.
Would have liked more photos on the website of the sofas from different angles.. but pics from their showroom were quickly sent on request.
No outsourcing of delivery to a 3rd party - with the resultant lack of communication and care that often seems to accompany that situation - as they have their own delivery team. Efficient and very much appreciated! As is the option to return, free and for any reason, within 21 days. Takes away all the anxiety, especially if you're not sure of access. Happily that was not an issue and the friendly delivery men managed to get it through the awkward space.
I love my new sofa! I chose the Agatha with solid foam seat cushions, in Orly natural fabric. It is beautifully made. The foam seats are perfectly supportive and comfortable. I really cannot fault the sofa or the company in any way and would 100% recommend them to anyone.

Excellent sofas and very good communication from the word go. Showroom staff were very helpful and the order process went well. We love the new sofas.

I cannot recommend Sofasofa highly enough, their customer service is excellent and they go above and beyond to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the service even to the point where they allowed me to return a sofa when I made a huge mistake with the colour that I had chosen!
They facilitated me having a chair upholstered in my own fabric and I’m completely delighted with it.
Honestly it’s lovely to support a completely British company, their delivery is super fast (we received our sofabed in 3 weeks) and I genuinely cannot recommend them enough.

I am so pleased with my sofas and am getting lots of compliments from visitors. The ordering process was so easy, there was a little hiccup in the size of the van getting through our gates, but this was solved speedily with no hassle. All the staff I spoke to were knowledgeable and very friendly. The sofas are excellent quality and look stunning in our living room. Many thanks.

Visited showroom and very helpful staff advised and took the order. Delivery was slightly earlier than expected which was a bonus. Really delighted with our sofas and matching bespoke footstool. Quality and craftsmanship appears to be excellent. The wrong legs were sent for the footstool but this was sorted out with a quick phone call and the correct legs were couriered straightaway. Faultless customer service.
