Great Service

I was reluctant when buying a 50p HP keyboard plus £3 next day delivery as was sure it will be a scam specially after reading some of the reviews and then thought to risk it since payment is by PayPal and new that would be less of risk. My new keyboard arrived and even had a call to say it will be with you tomorrow
I need more parts and this will be my go to supplier

New to this website …

I have never used this website before ,my laptop charger was no longer working.I found genuine replacement reasonably priced ,with next day delivery. Arrived quickly I can now use my laptop.

Quick and helpful

Quick and helpful replies to my queries. Had the item in stock when so many say they have and don't! Decent price and well priced next day courier delivery. Item as advertised. Stress of an almost drained laptop gone!

Request for RMA repeatedly ignored.

Ordered a laptop screen back in November. Arrived super quickly. Box was fine, packaging was good.
Upon testing (not even fitting) the screen turned out to be faulty with a big crack across the display. Obviously a fault from the manufacturer and not the fault of Softhands.
Photographic evidence and four polite emails later and no response whatsoever.
This could so easily have been a 5 star review if they had any sort of customer service.

***** Battery delivered overnight saved the day *****

The battery was dying on my Dell Laptop....had about a day's life left so speed was of the essence.
Google search ...found Softhands and what I needed. Emailed to make sure was right product. Received confirmation within 5 mins. Received battery via next day delivery. Just in time as 15% life left. Replaced battery myself following youtube video and bingo!...all working beautifully.
