Power unit arrived next day as…

Power unit arrived next day as described, and the right size for the laptop. It was an unusual size plug and there had been confusion about it from the laptop supplier who didn't supply the correct one with the machine.

hp laptop keyboard

I ordered a replacement hp laptop keyboard, Item arrived next day and was exactly what I needed and what was pictured.
Much cheaper than from anywhere else and not a stickers conversion to uk layout like the ones on ebay.

Brilliant communications and servuce

I had to speak with someone regarding a screen I required. The person I spoke to went above board to ensure the screen I needed was indeed the screen they had. I ordered it, was delivered the following day as a successful laptop repair was completed within minutes. These guys are awesome, will definitely be using them again. Thank tou

I had the necessity to use Softhands for a keyboard and had a very positive experience. Fast delivery, everything you'd expect from a good supplier.

Customer service non existant. Will not use again.

I have received an incorrect keyboard. It was advertised as a backlit one but it wasn't. I have contacted them over the phone and explained the issue. Thy have confirmed that there was their mistake. I couln't return it because it had to be fitted asap for a customer. I have asked for a partial refund which they have agreed to. After a week without contact, they said that the keyboard has backlight.
Customer service non existant. Will not use again.
