I've been using SoGoSurvey for quite a few years now, and it remains my favorite on account of the great interface - extremely intuitive to use - and the powerful tools that I can use across my devices. The new "29" version keeps the momentum with improved templates and adds quite a quantum leap in automation.
This allows for a smooth learning curve that lets one focus on the things that matter - the data itself.
I've been teaching my students how to use it when I lecture on survey structuring and implementation, and the simplicity of the interface is a plus, whilst keeping all the features needed for professional data analysis. I highly recommend this useful tool.

SoGoSurvey has been the tried-and-true survey tool that I continually use. The product is easy to use, and the support is on another level. When I have any issues understanding functionality or even trying to see if an option is available, the support team has been great in assisting. The online support is so tuned in that you do not feel the need to have to try and call in for support. I had a 67 question survey with long questions and responses, and I needed to send the survey to 3 separate organizations. I started replicating the survey, and I asked online support some questions. They helped walk me through the ability to have only one survey that would be independently customized to each of these three organizations. This assistance helped allow for results to be populated in one area instead of trying to cull the data from the three separate but identical surveys. Another great thing about this company is that they are continually improving and updating their software and services.

SoGoSurvey is the best survey site I've used! Lots of question types, easy to use and the data analysis section is great. There's also a free student upgrade! The customer service is also really fast and effective, really useful tool for collecting data and a lovely interface to use.

SoGoSurvey have been excellent. Their free basic package offers far more than other platforms such as Monkey. Great customer support.
Intuitive platform easy for beginners or those requiring a more bespoke or complex setups. The distribution options and overall quality of the surveys are good.
Analysis options available on different tiers of subscriptions.

SoGoSurvey is great and I would recommend it to everyone it has the best free plan out of all the survey websites I have tried and is the easiest to set up an account with.

I am trying Sogo Survey for the first time and have not been able to send out the survey yet. Hopefully I will be able to do that and provide more feedback then.

Sogo Survey is user friendly and has lots of great tools that make it work for all our survey needs.

After using many survey platforms, I finally ended up on SoGoSurvey. I want to say that it is one of the best considering all available features (even with a free version). Idk if it's my Mac or the web; it could run a bit faster.

SogoSurvey is my go-to platform for building surveys for my research. I have used other platforms in the past but SoGoSurvey is the easiest to use and the most affordable for the functionality.

In the 4 years that I have been using it, I have never lost any data. The server is always steady and my survey links never break down. My participants have always found the layout intuitive and attractive, and my queries for support have always been responded to within a few hours. Staff are friendly and very knowledgable, at no extra cost. I like that it is affordable and the range of formatting options for questions is extensive.

I'm hoping to learn how to perform simple scoring from word categories to numerals to speed up data analysis.

It is an extremely easy to use survey making platform and also very versatile. It has definitely been one of the most convenient surveys making platforms compared to what I’ve tried in the past. I have been enjoying the free trial and am considering possibly getting an upgrade.
