Never recieved and no communication
I ordered 12/5 - 1/4 now and I have heard NOTHING despite many calls emails, etc. Will be filing a case with BBB and Paypal.

We ordered on 11/27. Today is 12/15 and we never got anything. Not even the notice for shipping. When you call, it goes straight to an answering machine. I'm filing a BBB complaint, and probably a fraud complaint in the state of Florida.

Great product and service
I searched high and low for a company to help me with my printer. Sohojet was the only company that answered all my questions and gave honest advice. There were no sale pitches (Thanks, John)
When I ordered, the product was delivered on time and worked perfectly. I highly recommend this company.
