I had a great experience with the customer service team. They were very responsive, kind, and provided clear and detailed information regarding international shipping to Saudi Arabia, especially given the current circumstances. Dissapoined that Solace London can highlight for returns to put " Merchandise from UK, no commercial value", but no extra note on this for purchase to non Uk.

DO NOT ORDER FROM EUROPE!

I had to pay 424€ for customs duties for two dresses. I had the option to refuse to pay and agree to the order being returned.
It has been 3 weeks now. I have contacted their client service 3 times (!) and even opened a case with PAYPAL. Solace London has not reacted to any interaction. I am still waiting for my refund of over 1200€ while being ignored completely.

I ordered 10+ dresses from Solace to try on for my wedding and I loved every single one. When returning the ones I didn't need, I was having trouble finding a safe way to get them back to Solace and the CS team went above and beyond to help me. They then answered all of my many questions on email in the following months as I worked with an alterations specialist. They truly have some of the best CS I have ever experienced!

I bought several wedding dresses to try on online and then returned all but one, the Ines dress which was a reasonable price. Refund for the returns was rapid. The dress was just perfect; thick cream fabric so not transparent and no lining needed. Almost as if it was tailored for me and I had so many compliments. Super comfortable to wear all day. Bravo Solace London! Perfect dress for a special day and a very happy bride (and groom).

The customer service is fantastic!
Sadly, DPD, the courier, was 3 days late in delivering my dress. Solace immediately refunded the cost of the next day delivery which I had paid for.
The dress is beautiful! Unfortunately it was too big for me and I had to return it. The following day I received an email to say a full refund was on its way.
I cannot rate this company highly enough. Others could learn a lot about excellent customer service from Solace!

I recently bought my wedding dress from Solace. I eneded up buying three separate dresses due to sizing and wrong shipping and eventually third time lucky. I received a refund in record timing, Unbelievable service compared to other high end sites whereby waiting 6 weeks at least for a refund. Fantastic dress and so well made! Thank you Solace.

Wore a Solace London dress to my son's wedding and got a huge number of compliments. Fabulous styling and comfortable to wear. I would love a Solace store, though, so that you could try on the clothes. I went to Harvey Nichols where there was a small selection - but that was enough for me to find the ideal dress!

Great selection - HOWEVER - if you are in the US and order, you will NOT be able to drawback the duties despite Solace assurances. Many of the items of a country of origin that is not the UK, for instance, Hong Kong. These duties can not be reclaimed.

I was assisted by Sally when she helped me adjust a skirt size and shipping address as well as buy another piece alongside the skirt. The process was very smooth and clear and I'm very satisfied with the service.

Excellent customer service. Anytime I’ve had to email solace London, their responses have always been very positive and quick. I have two dresses from them, and have ordered the third, so fingers crossed. The designs are stunning, and true to size. Delivery is generally within one day. Get ordering for the weekend! 😍
