The team were patient and responsive
The team were patient and responsive. We had quite a lot of delays on our side and a few changes of plan. The team were always courteous and accommodating.
There was one fault early on but they came quickly and rectified the issue. The system is all working as expected.
The price was great.
I would be happy to recommend them.

Would definitely recommend Solar4good. From completing the free quote online to installation and commissioning, George, Samuel, Ranga, Jamie and the team have been brilliant. Professional, on time and tidy workmanship. As with anything there was a couple of minor issues, but the team resolved these very quickly.

Although the installation was on sloping ground and some distance from the house the planning worked well so the bespoke framework was able to be assembled in two days not the planned three; though the planned 3X6 panel layout had to be installed as a 2X9 but luckily there was enough room for that. Only minor issue was the outbuilding housing the battery and inverter was so far away it needed an unplanned internet range extender for app to work

After spending many months…
After spending many months contemplating this purchase and several different quotes (some companies spamming me non stop once I started enquiring) but not Rahi and his team, every step of this felt right, the whole process was made so simple, Jamie and Taylor acted as both surveyor and installer, so all my questions answered before any scaffolding erected (unlike another company who sent surveyor and he refused to answer questions stating he was here only to take pictures and pass to install team) I had agreed a cable route with them (while Jamie was taking little videos of the route, he said "attention to detail" while documenting the route he would take, this pretty much sealed the deal for me and gave me confidence to allow them to install the system) anyway, my partner wanted it a little different, this added around 15m to the route and made the install a little harder, when I asked Jamie if it was possible to do it this way he smiled and said sure, no problem at all, and then proceeded to do the work to what I would class a very high standard, stating how they liked to work on all properties as if they were their own, and that they did.
I have paid in full and now have a fully working system, I feel comfortable in the knowledge that if there was a problem, I genuinely think Rahi and his team would go above and beyond to resolve it, thanks to all involved in making this happen, it really is appreciated.

Good planning and installation. There was an issue with the survey which said our roof was fine and then it turns out it wasn't so we needed to replace it. However, Jamie and Frederick did excellent work on installation day with their teams and did a very neat job. Now the sun is shining we are saving money so thank you!

The owner is very pushy
The owner is very pushy. It's a family business so understandable. Subcontractors for installation of panels and giving electrical connection to mains are average. Wiring of battery and inverter to mains supply was incorrectly done which caused circuit breaker tripping repeatedly. Had to call our energy supplier to sort this out.

Froce charge from grid issue
Had an issue with force charging the Battery from the grid.
It took a week to get back from the installer.
But when they did boy it was quick.
Can't fault Rommel he was great job well done.

Storm hit installation
Instalation delayed due to a massive storm and no way anyone could go on a roof with 60MPH winds. Installation re-arranged and went without a hitch although the electricians needed to be longer on site due to issues installing my EV charger.
