Pushy

Make sure you are 100% positive you want the panels, as once you have signed this lot will use ANY tactic they can to make sure you comply.

I don't appreciate bully tactics, this company needs to understand that things occasionally crop up (LIKE PEOPLE BEING HOSPITALISED) and it doesn't mater what's been arranged.....it's tough!

Any reputable company would have empathy!

Hello My name is John the energy manager at Solarforce renewables & I have just come across this review on 24/04/2015 & was so dissapointed at finding this because I remember this person who was a Tenant of Hafod Housing & Solarforce gifted Hafod housing& 100's of their tenants free solar for energy poverty, this Lady was the only person who was ungrateful for our gesture & went out of her way to make life awkward for the installation team that arrived as pre agreed to install the free solar on Hafod housing property at their request,Which is why I am so disappointed.
More to the point my disappointment lies with trust pilot who obviously do not vet the posts which can be very damaging-shame on you trust pilot for posting the article without doing due dilegence etc the credibility of the person who posted the complaint.
Solarforce can happily validate the storey also,So when the term pushy is used for a free product at no cost to help the unemployed with their electrical bills please do not lay in bed & ignore the door when you had agreed to the free product we gifted you at thousand of ££££=Again shame on you trust pilot this is peoples livelyhoods at risk imake an effort to confirm stories or details first
