Very professional workers, fast installation and friendly

The whole process of buying and installation of our solar panels has been very satisfactory. Sometimes responses were a bit delayed, but no question remained unanswered. The system is working now and we are very happy with the results so far. The installation itself was very quick and efficient.

Getting my solar panels installed was a big decision and SolarNRG helped me at every step of it, right from customizing the quotation as per my needs, making my meterkast compatible , answering any technical questions, clean installation and finally delivery.
Although the wait time was extended due to current geo-political events but can't blame them for that.
I expect the service support is also as good as pre-sales was.

Seeing the scope of this project, I was impressed with the admin follow up, that being said the team was not always reachable either by mail or phone. Got there in the end, but was a little time consuming.

I had the cable go through my house and was informed the holes between floors needed to be 22mm, this was more like 12mm, so I was stressing for no reason.

the two gent that did the installation were pleasant and did a good job. They did leave a mess that I needed to clean up... but okay I can live with that.

Busy planning wise, but all my questions were answered before hand and the placement was fast and without any damage or problems. During the placement-day there were some small changes, but it was all handled and communicated profesionally.

Installation done well. Everything ok

The installation was done in a proper way, in time and with much explanation about what they were doing and going to do. Afterwards the software was installed and checken. I got a complete overview using photos about the installed solar panels.

The installers left boxes and dirt behind.
The cable installation although ok, could have been more esthetical. As it was installed in a bedroom, they installed a pipe for the electrical cable but using a cable tray (kabelgoot) could have been better. I requested it but they indicated they did not have it with them.
