No after sales service. It has taken over a month to receive a replacement inverter for a faulty unit which is still under warranty. Only after numerous messages and finally threats of reports to the ombudsman was a replacement sent
Upon receipt of the replacement inverter solar secure have told me there contractors are to busy and to arrange my own electrician to install it at my own expense and as way of recompense have offered $150.00 towards the instal cost of over $500 for a unit under still under warranty . Strongly recommend do not use this company as once they have your money they simply ignore you and provide absolutely no after sales service despite being legally bound to do so.

I would highly recommend these guys.

I actually found Solar Secure earlier this week through Trustpilot as I was looking to remove a suspected pigeons nest from underneath my solar panels. Callum returned my call that same day and summarised what the issue could be and the services the company provide.

Solar Secure were able to fit me in the very next day due to a cancellation. They completed the work in under two hours (on two reasonably sized solar panel arrays), fitting the meshing, applying biocide to ensure the area underneath the panels were disinfected, inspecting and advising on the condition of my gutters and panels, and even removing traces of droppings from the driveway.

They were an extremely knowledgeable, informative, efficient and very pleasant team to have working on my property. Thank you very much guys.

Pigeons under my solar panel have been a nuisance for a couple of years, waking me up early every morning and filling up the gutter non stop. Callum and Owen came around to install the pigeon proofing. They were very friendly and professional. Callum kept me informed of the work and they cleared everything perfectly afterwards. The difference it makes to be "pigeon-free" is amazing. I warmly recommend them.

After looking at several companies, we judged their exclusion system to be the best option for us. Providing a secure solution, without damage to the panels. They did come highly recommended to us, and we were not disappointed. Friendly, Helpful, and professional, they kept us informed at every stage. Now the birds have flown elsewhere, and we are very happy to recommend Solar Secure, based on our own experience.

They were supposed to come on Friday last week but they had a cancellation and they come on the Wednesday before, they use excellent materials, very pleasant people did a great job would recommend them to anyone.

I got a prompt reply from Callum, who was very accommodating about fitting me in to his schedule. His team was efficient and cheerful and explained what they were doing - provided videos of the site - and cleaned up afterwards. Very professional. They are a pleasure to work with.
