Customer Service at Solawave is the Best!
I had just purchased a Solawave Wand and not a week after they went on sale. I called CS and I actually got a live person to talk to. Nicole was so helpfull and went to extremes to make sure I got the discount for the purchase I made. She was so professional and nice, not like other companies that won't even accept a phone call, everything has to be done by email or chat. I just started using my wand, and I will post my results in a month.

Had to leave a review as I’ve just had the best experience with these guys . I’ve been using the solawave wands for over 2 years now & have enjoyed every moment of use . The product is well made & so EASY to use. I love the immediate glow it gives . I also use a ZIIP beauty device but I find myself grabbing the solawave more often just as it’s so easy & does 4 things in one ! Winning ! Unfortunately my solawave lost 3 bulbs & so I contacted Solawave even though my warranty had run out hoping they could fix it for me. They did one better ! They sent me a totally new device! I’m so thrilled & grateful as they had no legal obligation to do so . Steven was so friendly & supportive, giving me options & advising me …& patient! Ha with all my questions etc . So refreshing to get such good customer service. I’ve been fobbed off & treated so poorly in the past , even by companies thst I’ve been loyal to for YEARS . Steven went above & beyond in my opinion. If your thinking of getting one … do it! With the security of knowing these guys have your back & will look after you if things go awry. It’s the little things that make a company stand out & Steven has made my life just that little bit easier & for that I’m extremely grateful.

Again, Solowave does not disappoint. There was an issue with my unit and they made the replacement simple and dare I say enjoyable because they kept in touch with me and ensured I knew how to do each step. I've been so impressed with their customer service!

Bought my Solawave about 4 months ago, absolutely adore it! The results are real and noticeable! I recently had a mishap with my charger for it and it broke, Steven at Solawave hooked me up right away with a free replacement shipped out to me ASAP!

OmbreI LOVE the Solawand! This is my second one, I have the original, and wanted to upgrade to the new Radiant Renewal wand. You need this tool, it delivers everything and more. When I apply my sunscreen or foundation after using it.... It sinks into my skin! My skin is glowing and people are noticing, lol!

Ps: when I received the radiant renewal it would not turn on . I called and spoke directly to customer service, they were super…. Easily returned and they shipped out a new one promptly …AND included samples of their products .

I had some problems with my wand. A defect? Customer took care of it right away and is sending me a replacement. I love the wand so I'm so happy they are sending a replacement. They were very prompt and helpful. Great customer service which is hard to find now a days. Thank you!! Their serums are great too!

Purchased my 4-in-1 Radiant Renewal Skincare
Wand & Activating Serum Kit at the beginning of September and it arrived at the end of the delivery date. I find it to be relaxing and noticed a little softening of fine lines, the biggest improvement is the appearance of my skin is more vibrant.
Customer service has been terrific! I had an issue independent of the unit itself and customer service responded within a few hours of my email, gathered purchase information, and resolved my problem within a day. I love that the company stands behind their product, responds quickly, and is eager to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Outstanding!

Customer service is AMAZING! This brand really cares about its customers. Had an issue and they handled it so fast and with no hassle to me. This product WORKS. I was starting to look haggard from recent stress and with one use my lines around my eyes looked much better and so did my makeup. If in doubt just buy it. You will see for yourself and you won’t regret it.

I purchased Solawave 4-in-1 Radiant Wand with their Renew Complex Activating Serum Sept. 2023, used it every day for 30 days & absolutely love my results! They recommend using this wand 3x a week, but I found it so relaxing, that as I sat and watched tv in the evenings, I got in the habit of using the Solawave Wand with the Renew Complex Activator Serum before bed. For these results to come from an at home product after 1 month is insane, I wish there was a way I could show you before and after photos, you would buy this wand/activating serum combo in a heartbeat! It costs less than 1 red light professional treatment, it is the best purchase I’ve made for my skin care in a long time!

I absolutely love the wand! I also love their customer service. I had a wand quit working and was able to easily get a replacement. I feel like the wand definitely makes my skin brighter and helps some with my 75 year old fine lines!! I highly recommend it.

I lost my charging cord for my much beloved Solawave. I contacted Solawave with a request to purchase the charging cord only. Imagine my surprise when Solawave sent me a new charging cord free of charge! Not only that, they cover all shipping charges as well. This is a company that ensures its customer satisfaction by going way above and beyond.

I never write reviews but ladies… if you have puffy, baggy eyes you have to buy this!! I have literally tried hundreds of creams that said they were the best and I was disappointed time after time. The first morning I woke up and had zero puffy bags under my eyes I could not wait to share the news!!! Game changer! I used it before bed and in the morning, if I have time. I am seriously still in shock that this little wand actually is working!

Customer service was outstanding. It was prompt and exceeded my expectations which makes the overall Solawave experience that much better.

The customer service for a small issue I had with the unit was superior! They handled the entire thing quickly and with the mindset to resolve the issue and go above and beyond. I love the product and really appreciate the level of customer service.

I've been using the wand daily for almost a month now and I am seeing improvements in my skin especially a reduction in puffiness around my eyes. The reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the wand has unfortunately not been working as seamless as it should. It sometimes stops during use and needs to be switched off and on again to continue HOWEVER customer service has been EXCEPTIONAL. Within 2 days of email exchanges, a new replacement wand has been sent to me.

5 STARS FOR MY WAND AND SOLAWAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I've been getting monthly medical facials for a little over a year now for acne scarring. I wanted something to use at home inbetween facials to boost my skins healing process and overall presence. I tried out solawave after hearing a few friends talking about it, but before purchasing I had a laundry list of questions. I spoke with their customer service rep Luke who was SO inviting and helpful, answering my millions of questions - thank you Luke!! He walked me through how it works and how it would help my skin with consistent usage and he was right! I can tell after using the wand daily for a few months, my skins overall appearance is so much more supple and my acne scars are fading EVEN QUICKER!! Thank you Solawave!

I had an issue with my wand …. The customer service department were AMAZING.. gave me some trouble shooting thoughts but ultimately had to send out a different unit …. They were so helpful and kind …. I am very grateful and impressed.

I purchased the wand and their serum. The amount of serum you have to use in order to keep the device moving on your face is excessive. I used for several weeks, saw no improvement in my skin and actually got these small white bumps all over my face. They went away after I stopped using the device.
I will say, their customer service was excellent, I decided during the 30 day window that the device was not worth it for me, gave them the reasons (list above) for the return, and they took it back and gave me a refund with no hassle.

I've only been using the Solawave Wand for several days (for appx. 3 min. a day), but I can honestly say I can see a difference in my pore size, fine lines, and overall skin texture. It's crazy!! And even better, the customer service interactions I've had have been phenomenal. They truly care about their customers and made me feel valued and appreciated. Probably the best customer service experience I've ever had. Thank goodness for the Solawave Company and their "magic" Wand! :-)

Amazing technology. Makes your face feel like you are at a spa with the additional perks of having less wrinkles and more plump skin. I highly recommend. Their customer Service is also outstanding.
