Customer support
Excellent customer support that went beyond expectations. I had an unusual and particularly difficult soft soldering problem. The company did not hesitate to take up the challenge and carried out tests to find a solution.

I needed some expert advice on the type of solder and flux needed for a bespoke project I was working on. I contacted Solder Connection via their web page. I received a response from their account manager the following day. A few questions / answers later I was advised on the products I should order.
The products arrived quickly and were perfect for the job as predicted.
Personally, I think they went above and beyond for what was a very small purchase.
