I contacted Solent Property Lawyers to have a declaration signed and was helped by Jo, who dealt with everything quickly and efficiently. Given the difficulties my son (the buyer) has been experiencing with his own solicitors, Jo was a complete breath of fresh air.

It’s a shame we’re too far into the process to switch, as his original solicitors were recommended by his broker for his first home — hindsight is a wonderful thing.

Solent property lawyers provided a professional and outstanding service throughout the sale of our property. This is the 3rd property I have had the stressful experience of having to negotiate the selling process of and Solent Property Lawyers was without doubt the easiest and most efficient to work with out of all them. It soon became apparent that there are certainly advantages of hiring a company and choosing to go local rather than with a large online so called cheap service. Solent Property Lawyers was definately the right decision for this sale and I believe time was saved by being able to drop into the office.
