Good company. Shoes always arrive on time and customer service is quite alright.

I ordered from Solestruck a while ago, but I still think it's worth writing a review.

I bought the Jeffrey Campbell 'Lita Spike' shoes, yet was sent the 'Lita Spike 2' shoes. Basically, the first ones (my order) are black leather with spikes just on the heel, whereas the second ones (what I was sent) are black leather with spikes completely covering them.

I emailed Solestruck and got a very quick response. They gave me the option of keeping the shoes I had been sent (which were about $50 more expensive than what I ordered) or receiving the correct ones and returning the incorrect ones. I chose to do the second exchange.

They sent out the correct shoes straight away without requiring the receipt of the incorrect shoes first, and simply asked me to send back the incorrect shoes at my earliest convenience.
My new shoes arrived in perfect timing, and Solestruck refunded me for the postage I paid to send the incorrect shoes back. I was not charged any extra than the original price I paid for the first order, and ended up with the right shoes in the end.
