Solgar Omnium for Immune Support and Anxiety Relief
I've been using Solgar for a while now, and noticeba difference when I take them. I take Solgar Omnium and have noticed that I don't get sick when others around me get sick, and they also help to level out my high anxiety. I notice when I stop taking them for a few months that my anxiety returns and I seem to catch more colds.
Would be 5 stars, but they contain Titanium Dioxide and I've read controversial things about this as well as bulking agents they use in some of their other products.
