Exceptional customer service, I visited for ring resizing and noticed slight damage to the ring. The gentleman then offered to repair it for free. Will be coming back in the near future.

The Cherry design necklace is exquisite. The cherries could be a little bit darker. But other than that, it's beautiful. Thank you for the opportunity you have given me.

I purchased a heavy silver chain for my son at a cost of over £200,after wearing for a few days he was unhappy as it wouldn’t sit flat,we returned to the shop and asked if maybe the clasp was wrong,which they changed but still wouldn’t sit flat.We went to another jewellers and asked advice re the problem and they said it was a manufaturing fault and advice us to return and ask for a refund.The owner said there was nothing wrong,although we did explain about visiting an independent jeweller,he was most arrogant.My son has been unable to wear it one year on and is worth only £30 scrap value,very bad customer service!

Have you ever been to a jewelers and cried! Well I did, two rings had been resized and looked brand new and a ring my husband had bought me on our honeymoon 30yrs ago had lost the diamond was absolutely stunning. I can't thank the jeweller and the staff enough and was really happy with the price.

Semih went to great lengths to help us find the perfect ring to celebrate our engagement. We entered the shop with a fairly open mind about the style, size, type of stone, etc, and Semih patiently took us through the whole process of narrowing down our options. Quite quickly we settled on a ring that was different from our initial ideas, but it has turned out to be the perfect choice. It goes to show that without the right expertise to help you make a big decision, you can make an expensive mistake! We can't recommend Solitaire highly enough. We will be returning there to look for our wedding bands!

I have used this jeweller to have my engagement ring resized and also to have a diamond in my wedding ring put back after I broke the setting. These guys are experienced, skilful, and the results are always fantastic. They truly know their craft and I always feel in very safe hands leaving my most precious possessions with them. I believe Darren also has a workshop in Hatton Garden if you need further proof of the calibre of his work. Thank you so much.

I recently left my late mother’s engagement ring with Solitaire to be re-sized and for the diamond to be re-set. I collected it on Saturday and was thrilled by how beautiful it looks. I also had my wedding ring and my blue topaz ring cut off and enlarged, which were done the same day. Lovely friendly service and excellent repairs!

I was very disappointed with the service here. I went in to see if they could measure our fingers for wedding rings but they said they could not. If you can't measure our fingers how are you going to sell us rings? The rings for measuring fingers were right behind the clerk. They said they were too busy and that I could buy something online to do the measurements. May I just say, this is not a very clever way to treat potential customers. Needless to say I will be travelling out of Penge for all my future jewellery needs.

I have used Solitaire jewellers for years and they have been amazing especially since my husband lost a cross and St Christopher from his necklace and Darren the owner went above board to get replicas and hand delivered to my home when he had finished getting them engraved. Absolutely brilliant service.
