Hey guys, this is not the sweatshirt company you're looking for. This one is called "Solmer LTD"- not the "Solmere" fake store you bought the hoodies from. My grandma is also a victim, but you're leaving reviews for the wrong business. The one that ripped you off closed their Shopify store and is gone; they were never a real company. Contact whatever bank you made payment with and report the fraud. Best of luck!

DO NOT order from Solmere!! This is a scam company. They will take your order and payment and you never receive anything. You have no way to contact them BUT they get your cash!!!

yes ordered 3 hoodies Nov. 6th recvied nothing have tired lots to contact NOTHING . VERY DISAPOINTED the email they give to contact DOESN;T work.

I ordered two hoodies on October 24, 2025. I have not yet received them. I have contacted several times. And have not heard back from this company.The merchandise was already paid for. I am very disappointed in this company E Gonzalez.

I ordered one of the sweatshirts on October 23rd. I recieved a conformation , on my purchase. Since I have not received any information such as updates or delivery date. I wrote three times NO REPLY. I am very disappointed. I will never order or recommend.

I needed a special size 'inner bin' for my kitchen under worktop pull out bins. I ordered it on Friday night at 10:30 pm, the item was picked and packed on Saturday, received it mid morning on the Monday, WOW!

I paid for 6 hoodies on the 13th November. I still have not received them and its now the 23rd. No way to contact them very disappointed. Be aware

I ordered a hoodie on the 7/11/25 I got an email to say thankyou for my purchase I have tried to email to see where my order is and when it will arrive but no answer after 5 emails please could I get a reply please it is now 22/11/25 longer than what was stated I would appreciate a reply please thankyou my money was taken very quickly the number that was sent to me was 4541

Solmer had the right size drawer runners that I wanted and description and sizes on website meant I bought the correct ones first time. Very pleased with product. Look well made and easy to fit... my drawers are operating smoothly again. Good price , good communication and fast delivery. Thank you.

I had a very difficult problem, finding a replacement mounting part for a built-in cupboard with no manufacturer name visible. The team at Solmer tracked the part down with the photo and some negotiation with suppliers, when one of their competitors just threw up their hands and said - sorry can't help. All this excellent service for a small order (£20 or so). Thanks Andrius for your impressive and encouraging dedication to the task.

Ordered one long kitchen handle to see if it was what I wanted. I was very pleased, delivery was super fast and well packed and the handle was perfect, good quality and at a super cheap price, couldn't find anything like it anywhere in this country to compete with it. I am about to order over 20 handles now for the rest of my kitchen.

Received a new light, but on inspection there was a flaw. Contacted Solmer and they arranged for new light to be delivered within days and arranging to pick up faulty one. Overall great experience dealing with them. Problems happen but you can tell how professional a company is by the way they respond and they delivered big time. Would highly recommend them.

I ordered Halle cables for LED lights. Prompt service at a very reasonable price. I would certainly use Solmer again.
