Professionalism and support at its best
My experience with your Certification Body was exceptional, primarily due to the seamless organization and the high level of professionalism demonstrated by the staff. From the registration process to the exam day, everything was handled with extreme care.
What the company is doing particularly well is creating a welcoming yet focused atmosphere. The staff were incredibly kind and approachable, which truly helped in managing the typical stress associated with a C1-level certification. Their availability to answer queries promptly made a significant difference.
I would suggest maintaining this
candidate-centric approach while perhaps providing even more digital mock materials prior to the test. Overall, a highly professional environment that I would certainly recommend to anyone looking to certify their language skills.
