Apart from the quick, competitive pricing and great quality printing which we always have, today I used the Live Chat for the first time.
I needed to change my order from delivery to click & collect. This took a minute to sort out with Hannah W - fantastic service and really appreciated.

As this was my first time using Solopress, I made an error when ordering. However, after contacting customer service Jess was really kind and helped fix the issue at no extra cost! Overall, I had a very positive experience and would recommend this service. The cards are really good quality and arrived very quickly.

Utterly terrible. Process for communication, order status and uploading images all cumbersome and confusing. I constantly found myself thinking, hang on, I am paying YOU to work for ME, not the other way round. Total waste of time, had to cancel order (then they went quiet, still waiting for refund at time of writing).

Jess has been brilliant resolving an issue with a print job that was missing a hole punch and is rectifying and turning around a reprint resolving the issues in time for an event in a few days that we need our print for. The speed of her reply and actions have really helped settle any concerns we had that we would be missing a crucial piece of print for our event.

Promised delivery for Wednesday the 15th of April but, despite many attempts to contact them, no suitable response.
Eventually got in touch but no satisfactory explanation as to no delivery.
At last, delivered on Wednesday the 22nd of April.
Most unsatisfactory.

Dealing with Zak was a pleasure. He understood my concerns about putting a big order to print , calmed me down and took the time to help me.
We sorted out my order in less than five minutes . I would definately recomend Solo.
I am very much looking forward to my order which should arrive in less than 48 hrs.

Solopress have been great for us. We've ordered many different things from them and all have been as expected. The one occasion a roller banner arrived faulty, Jess was very prompt in ordering a replacement.

Solo press pulled out all the stops when I had a problem for our local Haworth Brass Band. I technical issue on my part caused the benner to be incorrect. I contacted Jess in customer services how found out where I had gone wrong, told me how to correct the error and put another through production and got it to me in time for our concert, Jess your and star and top marks Solopress.
