I have used Solopress many times
I have used Solopress many times. On my most recent order I was struggling to separate 2 files as I only wanted to use 1 file for the artwork. I am not tech savvy at all! Solopress were so helpful. A couple of quick e-mails and they sorted it for me. The flyers and posters are great quality. They're reasonably priced and deliver quickly too. I'd highly recommend them.

Helpful and efficient support from David and Carly
I had an issue with my business card order where the size was accidentally placed as 85 × 25 mm mini cards instead of the standard 85 × 55 mm size I intended.
After I contacted Solopress and uploaded the correct artwork, Carly and David were very helpful and arranged for the order to be updated quickly. David confirmed that the order had been amended and moved into production.

Brilliant product, even better customer service
The roller banner we ordered was excellent - the print quality was superb and the finish was exactly what we needed. When I required a replacement, I was a little apprehensive about how it would be handled, but Jess in customer service put any concerns to rest immediately. She dealt with the situation with real professionalism and a friendliness that made the whole process genuinely stress-free.
You can find plenty of companies that produce a decent product. It's much rarer to find one where the aftercare matches the quality of what they sell. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Thank goodness for Lucy
Unfortunately, I have been very disappointed with the process ordering from Solopress. I hate to rate lower than 4 stars, but the miscommunication within the company and apparent disorganisation has caused a huge delay on my order. The whole thing was actually rather confusing and not laid out well on the website.
That being said, Lucy Reeve is the reason I am not rating 2 stars. She called me on the phone to discuss issues and iron out the problem calmly and kindly. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was as I'd requested.
