Sol Pack Systems did not deliver the prepaid product

On August 6, 2015 we ordered and paid a table top soft ice machine model BQL-118.
On August 24, 2015 Mr. Rattan Deep Singh sent us two pictures of the produced machine. The same day we informed Mr. Rattan Deep Singh that the machine on the pictures was a heavy floor model and not the lighter table top model, BQL-118, that we had ordered. Mr. Rattan Deep Singh confirmed that he would make the necessary correction.
On September 24, 2015 we informed Sol Pack Systems that the weight of the machine given on the “Bill of Lading” was 129 kg and that this high weight did not correspond to the weight of the ordered BQL-118 which is only 70 kg. Again Mr. Rattan Deep Singh confirmed that the table top model BQL-118 and not the heavy floor model had been sent to us and that the additional weight was due to the weight of the wooden carton box.
On October 23, 2015 we received the shipment. Surprisingly we did receive the much larger and heavier floor model BQL-818 instead of the ordered table top model: BQL-118. This is not acceptable because we need a portable soft ice machine, and we have absolutely no use for a 120 kg floor model! We informed Sol Pack about the error right away.
On October 26, 2015 Mr. Rattan Deep Singh informed that we should not return the delivered floor model BQL-818 ice cream machine and that Solpack Systems would sent the ordered table top machine BQL-118 next week.
On November 6, 2015 Mr. Rattan Deep Singh again informed that Solpack Systems would sent the ordered table top machine BQL-118 next week.
Since then we have contacted Solpack systems four times via e-mail but we have not received any respond.
We have also called Sol Pack Systems three times on +91-161-2545101. Each time they have promised to call us back but they did not.
Therefore we now want to share our experience with other customers.
