don't waste your time!

i bought a 4 camera samsung 8 channel system from them with multiple non-functioning components, the dvr does not work for more than 3 minutes and a camera does not function either. SO FAR, i would have to strongly urge you to avoid this company, i told them 4 days ago I was having problems and still no solution. i regret buying from them. poor product and so far subpar customer service with returns/refunds

Disappointed

After making this large purchase, I shared the experience with my Son who just purchased a home. He tried to purchase the same 8 camera system 1 week later but had to pay almost $70 more. Let’s hope the cameras work good or the whole system will Be going back.

Customer Good Will

I purchased an 8 channel DVR & 4 cameras. I called the company and asked for female to 8 male power splitter cable: STS-8DS1. All 8 channels would be in use since I already had 4 cameras installed. I was told that the item was available on the web site for $8.95. I thought maybe, just maybe the sales rep. would say 'sure we will send you one'. I am done with Soltech. Soltech would have been out $8.95 + shipping. It is called customer good will.

Different Billing and Mailing addresses confused their security department

Product was as advertised. Price was competitive.
Only problem was with shipping. When I gave them different addresses for billing and shipping it confused the "security department" and it took three different emails and a week to convince them I really did want it delivered to a different address than my billing address. Once we got through that issue delivery was prompt.

Received them by So far so good

Received them by UPS very quickly. We went with the Samsung eight cameras system. We're installing them today so I can't review how they work quite yet but I will come back on here and review the quality of them after we're done installing them.

UPDATE: The Samsung cameras are amazing day and night love them very happy we choose to go with them!!
