Graham identified the problem with my slow running PC very quickly and with my external back up not working. Took PC away, fitted new internal hard drive and all now working fine. Very knowledgeable and helpful. What more could one ask?

Graham was helpful from my first contact, he explained everything in full and there were no hidden charges. He serviced our business laptop and replaced the battery at our request. A real gem to find locally, so give him a shout if you need any computer issues addressed.

Graham agreed it appeared my PSU had popped, 20 year's ago I'd have done it myself but not now. Fixed and returned in a couple of days, computer all cleaned up, brilliant service, thank you. Would highly recommend this company, if only I'd found them sooner.

My computer was running slow; I had various problems that added up to serious woes. I contacted Graham and he came and looked at my various problems.
He had me demonstrate them and then explained in a non-jargon way the cause of each. He then where possible corrected them. He then had me use them.
The crux of the matter was whether my current machine could upgrade to Windows 11. It looked good until one item was not there that was the lynch pin to the upgrade.
To upgrade my computrer would need extra included which it could not take in its present form.
He quoted a price for the work which was reasonable compared to other prices.
It was more practical to take my tower block away and do it at his workshop. He would disconnect the tower and upgrade it and return and attach all the cables .
He quoted a time scale of a day.
He kept me updated as how the work was going and returned and set up the new tower and explained the new facets of Windows 11.
His service was excellent and he can communicate complex issues in understandable terms and has the patient of a saint. His charges are most economic and fair.
His mantra is a simple one - do not hesitate to contact me if you meet any issues as the new uprade has certain changes.

Graham quickly found the issue with my machine within a matter of a day of having it, and communicated with me extremely well throughout the entire process. I had the machine back in working condition by the end of the same week I had it handed over to him. The price was fair and the service was prompt, hard to ask for more.

Graham at SolveTech Support has been amazing, Immediate response to my initial inquiry. He arranged a visit, assessed the problem in minutes. It wasn't a quick fix so Graham had to take my computer but was aware of the urgency so returned it as quickly as possible. I couldn't recommend the service and after service more. I was having trouble with my PC and SolveTech discovered that the mechanical hard drive was faulty. After a chat it looked like an upgrade to a new PC would be the way to go.
Graham returned two days later with a new and better machine which to my surprise he had installed everything that was on the old machine, so it felt like my old machine but much much faster. Marvelous, I'm very happy with the work and very happy with the price.
