The system was ok until EE changed my router back in February. I paid a lot of money a few years ago for this system and now it doesn’t work. Tried contacting support….useless. I’ve spent HOURS trying to resolve the problem, nothing works. Unless you are extremely high tech, do NOT buy this product.

After fifty years of listening to very small and to very large speakers, I can say Sonos Eras 100 has the right balance at high or low volume. Instrument separation is wonderful! I plan to buy the 300 soon. I’m a satisfied guy.

Im very happy with my Sonos Ray. My goal was to improve sound quality for everyday tv watching by moving the speakers to the front and disabling the tinny sounding rear facing speakers in my LG tv. That goal was met and surpassed with the Ray. I haven't missed a spoken word in movie or tv show since we set up our sound bar. I live in a condo and feel much better having the sound coming out into our space instead of backward into a wall. I appreciate night mode as well and that is a feature I use a lot. Bonus was how well the soundbar sounds when we stream music! I worried my space would be too big for the soundbar but I find it more than adequate for the purpose I bought it for. I was not wanting or expecting surround sound. I recommend any sonos product to buyers as long as you understand your goals and find the right product to achieve them. The Ray is perfect for our needs!!
