Move 2 speaker

This Speaker, a Move 2, was easy to setup and configure. The sound quality it produces is excellent. I’m very pleased with my purchase.

I have had Sonos for over 6 years

I have had Sonos for over 6 years. The issues have been ongoing for the full time I have had the system. It has become so pervasive that I no longer even use it. I have close to $ 4,000 invested in this system, and it's just dead weight at my house. I've talked to their TEC. It's always the same; they will look into the matter, but they never fix the software. DO NOT BUY

Got the Sonos beam and it’s very good

Got the Sonos beam and it’s very good
For the money and the size it offers impeccable sound and quality. The sound is immersive and the bass, while not thundering, is punchy and clean.

Nothing works

Nothing works - they have over the last couple of years destroyed all of the "easy to use" thing about Sonos. Now it is just bad and non-consumer friendly. I will never buy sonos again... and unfortunatly I have a lot already.

Hardware fault

Hardware fault. Process to get a return and get a new is crazy long and very complicated. Worst customer service I have tried in a very long time.

Great sounding sound bar

To be true, I did not install my Sonos soundbar because I originally bought a Bose sound bar and could not install it using an iPhone. I hired a tech from Best Buy and he recommended a Sonos soundbar instead so I returned the Bose sound bar and got the Sonos sound bar. This was for my wife’s TV and she loves it.

Enjoy the Era 100 SL

I know I already submitted a review, but I keep being asked to do so. So, here's another. I really love my Era 100 SL. I got two so I could pair them in different rooms. The sound is great and I love feeling surrounded by music that lifts me up. Purchase and set up were very easy, too.
