I have now bought a bomber jacket as well as a shirt from Soot and Ty, once visiting them in Camden Market and once online. The customer service from Zak is phenomenal - he really cares about your needs, and has an excellent sense for sizing as well. Great quality pieces which get compliments from people whenever I wear them.

My beautiful Cranes Jacket turns eyes every time I wear it. The quality is fantastic and is only matched by the service. What a fabulous customer experience. I will certainly buy again.

I bought a Soot and Ty jacket for my 16 year old grandson and he was extremely pleased with it. He wore it the next day to go to a music event at the London O2 and, from the photos his dad took, it seems to really suit him too. So, five out of five from me.

Zak is such an amazing designer and seller, he cares about his customers the most and delivers the best experience, plus his clothes are just magnificient!

Their clothes look nice, their website is pretty convincing on the "little independent quality brand" style, but it's nothing that a scam...

I ordered a nice bomber jacket on July 2018, after a few days to wait, Zak, the owner of that business contacted me by email to apologize because he is on vacation abroad and he has no way to ship my order before beginning of September, so he can refund me or I can wait... Well, that's a really bad surprise, but I'm a patient man, I'll wait.

I finally receive the jacket in September as expected, the overall quality doesn't seem crazy for a £150 jacket, a few protruded threads, that is another disappointment but I'm not complaining.

The jacket has been worn around 10 times in a month, and after each new wearing, it looks more and more damaged, there is now protruded threads everywhere (side seams, both sleeves, around the wrists, and a few other places). The fabric looks very used at some places. After a month! That is crazy!

I contacted the owner to notify him about this situation, and I only got a single answer to accuse me having scraped the jacket along a rough surface and told me that I'm responsible for that situation. Of course I did not, the jacket has been worn in the street or to go to work in normal situations, I don't have a cat or a tiger at home to ruin my clothes and it never happened to me before, even on cheaper clothes! No more answers from the owner since then, he is ignoring me.

Never again. And I suggest everyone to spend their money elsewhere for real quality clothes.
