The clothes were send via DHL to PostNL. I received a message that it was delivered in Houten, Netherlands, however they never received it. DHL didnt know anything ... Then after 20 days or so I got a message that the product was return from PostNL, Schiedam in Netherlands which is like 120KM from my home ... No message from anyone, no money refund yet either ... bad

We shipped your package via DHL as described, but it could not be delivered to you because you were unavailable. DHL Post NL also made further delivery attempts, but you subsequently refused the package. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about this; I would be happy to send you a screenshot of the delivery attempts.
We also have no information regarding the status, as we can view the status at any time.
As soon as we receive the package, we will cancel the order and refund the amount to you

I loved the way the Jersey looked in however..
I loved the way the Jersey looked in the photo; however, when I received it, the colors were not exactly as shown—which I understand can sometimes happen. What surprised me, though, is that your return policy does not include a return label. I’ve never experienced that before with other online retailers.
I strongly recommend revisiting this policy, as in today’s highly competitive digital market, customers expect a smoother return process. It doesn’t feel fair to say, “you need to pay for the return label yourself, even though the item color didn’t completely match the photo.”
Offering return labels would not only improve customer satisfaction but also help build long-term trust...

Perfect bibs!
Bibs are absolutely one of the most comfortable ones I’ve tried! it feels like you have nothing on, but at the same time they provide just the right amount of compression that’s needed. I will definitely order them in more colors

Great product at an affordable price…
Great product at an affordable price will definatley buy more jerseys . The quality is superb like the Boost vest is an amazing gilet it will not only block wind and keep you nice and cosy ; it will block tornadoes! I have been wearing it since I got it and I have riden in -5 up to10 and its just feels perfect .
I will also like yo add the amazing customer service I have recieved from Emre .
