I’ve ordered from Sorelle several times now and every single piece has been a dream. The quality is amazing, the colours are always stunning, and the fit is so flattering. I can honestly say some of my favourite outfits have come from Sorelle.

Their pieces are perfect for holiday nights out and special occasions – I always feel confident and get so many compliments when wearing them!

I ordered a leather white dress for an event, I chose my size and sadly it didn’t fit me. I tried to put it on, and it wouldn’t go past my thighs. I then tried to send it back the same day, and ordered an outfit from elsewhere for the event in London. I then received an email today stating I won’t be getting a full refund as there is a mark on the dress, so I paid to send the dress back the same day and they will not refund me. They are also expecting me to pay for the dress to be sent back to me, when the size is not a large at all and that is a mistake on their end. I have even asked instead of refunding me, can you not put it back onto my account so I can buy a different outfit just cause to take £70 away from a customer who tried the dress on and for it to not fit is absolutely disgusting. I have sent them two emails and asked for evidence there is a mark on the dress, and they just haven’t had the human decency to respond. I would say this company is greedy, they have zero empathy, care, compassion for their customers and all they care about is money. Most companies would understand they made the mistake with sizing, it’s a white dress so if they have managed to find a spec of something on that doesn’t mean I have worn it it’s white. I have got evidence I sent the dress back the same day as I got a receipt with Evri, and I paid extra for it to be signed. I don’t believe there is any mark, as I have read other reviews and women have been upset they have sent things back and either been ignored or haven’t had any resolution. Yes their outfits look nice, but I don’t think people this cold and selfish should be running a business and would like to make other people aware what they’re like and think before buying. They also don’t have a portal for refunds, Boohoo, PLT and Pink Boutique have. I also am a regular buyer from those 3 and I haven’t had any issues with them at all, if I have had to send an outfit back I get my refund and there’s no problems. This is the first time I have sent something back with Sorelleuk, and it’s been declined. I’d advise girls to unfollow and look elsewhere, the people who own and manage this company are as good as scammers to do this to me and many other women. Oh and I also have got emails where I sent them one the day it arrived stating it is too small, how can I send it back? Then I looked on the website and figured it out and emailed them and said I have sorted it now. Clearly haven’t worn the dress, vile greedy people.

I wish I had read reviews before purchasing an expensive dress that they will not now refund! They say it smells of strong perfume & it has been worn! It literally came a hour before my daughter left for holiday, was slightly too big so she left it for me to return! She hasn’t even got back from holiday yet so I’m not sure how it could have been worn! They must expect that all bodies must be fully sanitised before trying on their clothing!!!

I now have to pay another £6.99 to get the dress back or they will “dispose of it”!!

Absolutely disgraceful service . I can not see in there return policy were it says sale items can’t be returned or even exchanged .
I only realised when it said on the invoice in my order .
I emailed and asked could I return even for an exchange as dress was too short for my grandaughter . It should be a top . Still said no . Not happy at all because every penny counts and just a waste of money .

Ordered a turquoise dress. By email they said it was a return. To me that means used. no1. The. It arrived and is green. It’s not the same as webpage. They reply yes it is.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Placed an order on 4th May and still not received, the tracking also still says preparing for shipment. I’ve sent 4 emails to find out what’s happening and each time I’ve been told it will be dispatched within a couple of days. Shocking service, potential scam. Would not recommend.

Used to be a really good customer I ain’t even opened my item , it stinks from the inner packaging they’re trying to say it is brand new but it reaks. I messaged one minute after the item was delivered at my door ! I will be avoiding this company in the future as they said I can’t return this but I’ve not tried it on and it’s come smelling so bad !!!

Should be checked! All their sizing are inconsistent - when I asked about returning items and sales items they advised that materials vary for fitting - despite only having one size chart to cover all dressses. Both size small and medium do not fit me - I would say on average I am a small on top and medium on bottom. Both sizes are way too small on the bottom and huge on the top. Definitely would not use again but they trap people by only letting them have items return to the warehouse within 14 days to receive a cash refund otherwise you can only have store credit which is valid for a year. No good to me as none of the clothes fit!!

Clothes are terrible quality. They don’t look anything like the pictures. You have to pay to return the parcel - this is not cheap it cost me £11.95. There is NO communication from Sorelle like other companies acknowledging the return. You also have to wait for up to 28 days from when they receive the parcel to refund you your money. I will NEVER order from this company again. Read the reviews don’t put yourself through unnecessary stress.

Im always finding myself taking all of my sisters clothes from Sorelle UK , their clothes are not only gorgeous but amazing quality aswell!! I would reccomend their brand to anyone trying to find a perfect holiday outfit or even bikini!! Im obsessed to say the least. xx

Customer service is 10:10 had a issue and they resolved it very professionally and they are very quick to respond will continue being a loyal customer

Ordered 2 bikinis for my hens and the quality is unwearable. Nothing like the photos you can see the white skinning padding they put in the top the material is that thin. Shien is better quality than these swimsuits. Paid 45 euro cause got them in the sale of be even more angry if I paid full price, then 21 euro customs and I can't even use them. Not happy don't buy from here.

Ordered the estella 3 piece for my holidays. Absolutely perfect, size s (true size) and looked exactly like the images. Came next day also!

They are taking advantage of young girls wanting to shop on the internet and this needs to be stopped. Boycot
