I placed an order with this company via Auctionet
I placed an order with this company via Autionet that was supposed to ship around May 20th. The order was never shipped, no one reached out to me from either Auctionet or Sodermanlands Auktionsverk to explain this dispatch delay. After about two weeks of me continuously reaching out to Auctionet was I informed that Sodermanlands Auktionsverk simply had no way of shipping the order. I kept reaching out to get an explanation and resolution but no one was willing to assist. Now nearly a month past when the order was supposed to ship I decided that I no longer wanted to do business with this unprofessional company so I contacted Sodermanlands Auktionsverk to explain the situation as well as to cancel the order. They then responded confirming that the order had been cancelled but without any kind of apology for this poor customer experience. I will not be ordering anything related to this auktionsverk in the future and will advice no one to do so either. This company clearly lacks any kind of will for their customers to have a positive experience and I find the communication highly unprofessional. After reading these reviews I see that this is clearly a consistent issue with them and I'd advice anyone to not go anywhere near this company
